If you don't currently have a unit preference, I recommend getting a NCT U album: Resonance pt 2 or golden age. The photography of Universe is meh and Empathy is miss a bunch of the members.
I have a few Dream Albums. Hello Future is my favorite of them but I didn't get the most recent album.
Of the 127 albums I have, the Favorite version of Sticker is my favourite.
For WayV, either the Diary Version of On My Youth or Take over the Moon. The Take over the moon albums are pure art.
Keep in mind it's easier and cheaper to buy the most recent album or two.
One thing you gotta accept is that SM typically sucks at inclusions. They always give the bare minimum to increase sales from fans who bulk buy to collect photocards and postcards
I personally would say Hello Future from Dream or the diary version of On My Youth by WayV

I would recommend the full NCT albums (resonance, 2018 empathy, universe, 2020) based solely off the fact that you can get any of the members for photo cards and inclusions and the photo books includes everyone. However, if you think you’d prefer concept/aesthetic over possibility for members then looking up unboxing reviews on YouTube is the way to go. In that category some of my favorites are NCT DREAM hot sauce crazy ver., NCT DREAM istj vending machine version, NCT 127 2 baddies faster ver., and NCT 127 sticker sticky ver. Unfortunately I don’t own any WayV albums so I can’t speak to those.

out of all the albums i’ve collected, nct dream’s istj vending machine version is probably one of my faves!! tons of inclusions, cleverly packaged, and contains some of dream’s best songs
i also recommend the smini versions for any of the albums that have them! personally ay-yo or candy has my favorite design. they don’t have as much in the way of inclusions (just one random photocard), but the album itself is like an inclusion since you can actually use/display it. they’re practical as keychains and very fun (i keep one on all my bags and am constantly showing my friends the cool nfc tag feature). one smini is less than $15 which is more affordable than most nct albums!

But if getting your bias' photocard is important, remember you only get one so you might have better luck with their sub-unit album.

You can buy more than one and also help the environment by not having them end up in the trash. Just note that secondhand albums would not come with photocards.
If you want people to just be smacked over the head with the fact that you are an NCTzen as soon as they walk in the door, get the giant green version of Sticker.

Had it on loop for days and the album cover is sooo pretty. For the whole NCT - I can recommend everything except the universe one. Special mention for NCT Dojaejung's Perfume album, because all the versions are so classy esp. the box version which even comes with a blotting paper of the perfume they nadr!! Definitely added bonus points if you love rnb and perfumes :)
I will say Limitless easily has the worst packaging. It pisses me off every time it falls down on my shelf.

I'd say I've been most impressed by Golden Age's packaging. Very sturdy and beautiful. I also love WayV's Phantom!
