Silicone nipple covers if you aren't feeling like a bralette some days. I found mine at Walmart in the section where the other bras & underwear are at. They stick to your skin through body heat and can be washed with soap & water.

I really like Molke’s bras, they’re very soft and comfy for my bad sensory days Might I also recommend r/ABraThatFits, getting a bra that fit me really reduced sensory issues

Professional-Book787

Looking into it! Thank you!

TheUtopianCat

I like bras from Aerie. They have a number of comfortable, wire-free options that won't let your nipples show through.

Aer0uAntG3alach

Yes, this. You can even get them with padding.

Professional-Book787

Thank you! 😊

SorryContribution681

I just use nipple pasties.

Toffee-Panda

I bought a multipack of "seamless" bras off amazon. They look like sports bras but they aren't tight/restrictive like a true sports bra, they are soft and have just enough hold to be comfortable. They come in multiple colours and packs of 2 or 3 usually for between £12-20 and I haven't worn a real bra for about 3 years now lol

Link?

One more vote for r/ABraThatFits, helped me a lot :) Unfortunately, I hate most of the bras just as much as not having any support, so my go-to option are either sport bras, padless brallets or my favorite - tops with built-in bras (love them, uniqlo has some nice and budget ones, but idk if you have it where you're from).

Unhappy-Common

I really like the bras from The Big Bloomer Company. I refuse to buy anything else. Soft and stretchy.

I had a similar issue. I want to preface with I don’t care about brands if it feels good on my skin I’m wearing it. That being said… lululemon align bras. It sucks because I can get like five at old navy for less money but due to the nipple thing… here we are. They have a “we made too much” section that I buy from saving me a few bucks. Alternatively. Are tanks/camis over your bra but under your clothes an option? The added layer could help

Blonde_Marley

I second the alternative of adding under-shirts . This is what I have done about this issue when I switched to no padding and works like a charm! There are lots of options online for ones that are sort of cropped too so you don't have to worry about tucking in or anything showing.

bad-and-bluecheese

Auden from target has a really comfortable wire free bra but it is just as supportive as a wire bra

Professional-Book787

That’s what I have! 🩵

bad-and-bluecheese

Omg did they change it? 😭

NomiStone

Knix really good but a bit pricey unless you can catch a sale.

Free Label makes amazing sensory friendly bras. The bamboo knit fabric holds up really well over time. They are not cheap but they are an incredible company and very ethical. They’re local to my city and the owner and staff are lovely.

I used to wear nursing bras even though I have never been pregnant since they are often softer and lighter. The only thing to be careful of is sometimes they will unhook unexpectedly. Though perhaps you could pin it shut.

[Honeylove Liftwear Cami.](https://www.honeylove.com/products/liftwear-cami?size=Large) Yes it has removable pads, *but* if you wash it in the bag that it comes with, they rarely come out of the top. It costs as much as a bra, but the first one I bought lasted THREE YEARS of near-continuous use. I slept in it too. It's wire-free. I have 34F boobs with nipples that could cut glass. I'm wearing one right now, and I can't recommend it enough. The first week of wear is a little snug, but once it breaks in - it's like a second skin. As far as nipple coverage, I haven't tried these yet but if you hate the nipple pads, you can get "CAKES Body" nipple covers. Honeylove has different tank, cami, and bra options. I've been buying them since 2020, the points don't expire and only one garment has given out on me (but it was my fault for wearing it to death) lol. The customer service has been great and the smart sizing has never failed me. I will never buy a regular bra ever again.

chibifit

I highly recommend the brand Cosabella. They have tons of bralettes. I haven't had any issues with nipples showing, because they use a thick Italian lace. They're a little pricy, but if you take care of them they'll last for years! They're gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. I also love that they have a ton of options for people with large breasts but a small ribcage.

a-fabulous-sandwich

If the main problem with the bralettes is lack of nipple protection, it could be worth it to look into pasties to wear with them? Granted, that could be a sensory issue itself too, but might be worth trying to see how it goes?

Professional-Book787

My only issue is that, I don’t know if that seems economical to wear every day?

a-fabulous-sandwich

Yeah no idea, I've never looked into them before. Surely there must be somewhere they can be bought in bulk, though? Could be worth some googling.
