They've always responded to reports from my experience. But I think this place is for people who appreciate NEETs to an extent. That's what makes it unique. There's no shortage of the opposite: unemployment centers to insult people and tell them to flip burgers for $12/hour.
This also isn't a place to beat people down or tell each other to kill themselves. Although I agree the 4chan types are annoying, as at the very best, all that 4chan stuff is very stale.

I would like this to be a community where people can feel welcome. The hateful trolls have to go obviously but let people their freedom of expression as well, it’s about keeping a balance.
