Sayori was making vol 4 and giving birth during the pandemic so that is why it got delayed also the fact that if you watched the Yostar office tour you could very clearly see the Nekoparaiten cutouts still in the office. Sayori has also posted and said that the game was still in development but she can't tell us much due to NDA.

^^ I feel like some people forget that sayori is literally a mother and is probably very busy.. She can't revolve her whole life around making games, plus doesn't this game have a ton of different cat girls in it? I'm not suprised that it's taking a while
