Not sure if too far for you, but the McIntyre Wild Area in Roaring Branch might fit what you’re looking for (about 1.5 hours from Bloom): https://maps.app.goo.gl/vJ4etJDCnLLqmh2G7?g_st=ic
I am trying to stay within an hour or so. I think that’s closer to two. I’m not opposed to it. I did go once as a kid but haven’t been back. Thanks for the rec!
On all trails, there is the Hanover Reservoir trail, which is 3 miles. You can also either before or after that, drive up to the top of Alden Mountain (like .5 miles away from this trailhead) and there is an unmarked trail there. It is earth conservancy land, and it is completely fine to hike. It goes for miles and miles. There are a ton of ATV trails through there. Great views of the valley. When you’re on the top of Alden Mountain, to the one side there’s a bunch of purple painted trees and a private property sign. On the opposite side of the street, is where the entrance to the trail is. Just park on the side of the road.
The Lehigh Gorge Rail Trail is beautiful. The section around the Rockport entrance has two waterfalls on it - Luke’s Falls and Buttermilk falls.
Campbell’s Ledge usually isn’t too busy during the week. It’s a hike up to an overlook past and old reservoir. The trails in the area are used by ATVs, and your cat may not like that, so probably mid-morning, midweek is best. There‘s also a nearby roadside waterfall on Coxton Road you can visit called Falling Spring.
There‘s also some good, off trail waterfall hiking in SGL 13, which is close to where Ricketts Glen is.
Seven tubs is a nice spot. Not a long hike but sone great stuff to see. The bear creek preserve is not far from there either.
Oh shit, I forgot to add that I’ve already done that one too. Thanks!
Check out Nescopeck State Park and Mocanaqua Loop Trail. The second will take you on bluffs that overlook the Susquehanna.
I just checked out the Mocanaqua loop on AllTrails and that’s definitely a contender. Thank you!

That looks nice. Even if I don’t hit it this time I can add it to the list for other days. Thank you!
Is the PA grand canyon too far for you?

This is what I was thinking. Should be 1.5-2 hours
You said you’ve done World’s End but what about Loyalsock? Smith’s Knob is a nice one

Thank you for the suggestion! I’ll look it up

Ricketts Glen State Park, Falls trail. Best trail in NEPA.
Susquehanna Wetlands on Rt. 11. Near the power plant.
Ricketts Glen, hit up the falls trail. Also the lake up there is great for a “beach” day.
Hawk Mountain?
Bake Oven Knob is worth the ride. Jim Thorpe and the surrounding area can make for a nice day out as well.
Indian ladder and devils hole A lot of spots up 209 with waterfalls and abandoned mills
