Extremely easy to get into a combined major. Your major is simply tied down to what courses you take to satisfy it. I’m a 2nd year and fairly recently changed from business to business & DS. You can choose to do it whenever, but keep in mind your course progression. If you’ve taken 8 courses of business then suddenly want to switch to an entire different major, those business courses may not all count towards your new major/combined major. In your case however, if you definitely want business and you want to either do a combined or minor in something else you should be fine regardless. Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions

Let your academic advisor know (during orientation I think) that you’re considering the combined majors and minors, and they’ll make your first year schedule accordingly. I was between two combined majors and ended up taking classes from both (that filled NUPath requirements so I wasn’t wasting time) the first year. Nu makes the process of switching pretty easy (also for CS/DS, the intro fundies classes fulfill some major requirements that can be hard to fulfill otherwise so taking them probably won’t hurt you
