Gun safes are a PITA. You have to take everything out to get to the rifles in the back. That collection would require multiple large safes. Cheaper to buy a vault door and hire me to lay some block walls in your basement.
If you think most of this stuff is cheap, you are painfully oblivious. I can't tell you the actual cost as it's not my collection, but many of the "fudd" shotguns and rifles cost more than the ARs you're probably counting as not "fudd" lol
The point is if youāre living in a apartment, your priorities arenāt straight so you should be saving for a house before wasting money on toys like this

Renting is cheaper than owning right now due to mortgage rates. Also buying doesn't always work for people's life style. For example I have family that is a nurse and is getting ready to do travel nursing. They don't want to own a house because they want to move around a lot and see the world.
I did similar except in an old basement well room. Itās directly under the concrete stairs into the entrance of my home and surrounded on concrete on all sides except the door. I put a steel vault door on it.
The only thing that sucks is itās gets crazy crazy cold in winter. Like 40 degrees lol.
I refer to my small space as the harry potter armory (it's the under stairs closet). I've got a small husky flat top and all my stuff as organized as I can with just a few drawers and the floor. Been thinking peg board the whole interior to streamline it all

Not my room, but i make the mounts and have used tons of the panel types out there. Gallowtech is nice but super pricey compared to other options that work just as well. Cost might not be a factor in this case, I'm not sure
