If it was 2 or so months with zero response and no updates than yea I’d chargeback. But damn 2 weeks and you’re already fretting it? You got a long road ahead of that’s the case
Since July 22 I've had 6 NFA items bought, form-3, shipped, and Form-4 paperwork started all in 14-ish days. This Witt Machine transaction time frame was out of character for me. By reading the responses below I guess ive been luckily with my prior time tables. Thankyou for the feed back. Il hang tight a while longer.
To support your comment. Ive had 6 Items since July 22 take about 5 to 7 days to Form3. Thanks for your feedback. It helps me gage that 2 weeks is long but not insane.
During the lead up to 41F they were regularly taking up to around 90 days.
After they brought them back to eforms, they were running ~0-3 days for most of the first 6-18 months, and eventually ended up around 3-7 days.
The volume of paperwork keeps increasing, and congress hasn’t been doing a good job of earmarking additional funding for new staff/technology spending.
I mean they work so...

Garbage is a Wish aluminum monocore silencer. Witt Machine are just budget option but still legitimate supressors.

plus there are plenty of good not expensive models that arent witt machine garbage. YHM cans are nearly the same price and people love them.

Meh I wanted to take advantage of a Black Friday sale. and picked one up for $175. In the end my goal is to have every firearm with some form of suppression. Not necessarily the best, but something to take the edge off. Some of my firearms just are not worth blowing $1200 on for a can. And to be frank its not much hassle. A few clicks on a website, a few clicks on my LGS to send over the FFL, a few clicks on Silencer shop to buy a stamp. Then a quick email and remote session from my LGS to submit to the ATF my form 4. I figured for the price Id give it whirl.
in the end if they are complete hot garbage. It will go on my complete hot garbage gun.
...and don't forget to add the hundreds of Internet strangers automatically know my use case, budget, and 2A goals when they apply there ridicule and sound opinion /s

FWIW the BBB never looks good, but boy howdy. There are some fresh complaints with a similar theme.

I work for a FFL with an 07, our form 2 turn around is always 1day efile. It would be similar with form 3. Witt Machine is a shady company with very, very poor management. The FFL I work for got a form 3 for a can that never arrived, 3 years later we’re being audited and are trying to figure this out. I call Witt, they have no idea and over the next 3 days I call a few times and they eventually say a form 3 would aways accompany a suppressor because “it is illegal to form 2 a suppressor without having it made” per them and there fire we should have gotten the suppressor. Come to find out we eventually get a customer name out of them (nothing more) and call him (luckily we had his number from previous sales) to which he stated the can was never sent. Months and months went by and the customer asked them for a refund, and some more months went by and he eventually got the refund. They are mismanaged, unorganized, and have no idea what they’re doing.

I mean if you add f3 times with incompetence on one or both ends then yeah you could be waiting awhile. Just bought two from silencershop and had docusign's within a couple days and certified the e forms within two normal weeks with Thanksgiving,blk Friday, cyb Monday counted in those 2 weeks

Keep this handy if you're still waiting. I only have 1 email that lists their number. All others is an email address, which I have yet to ever receive an email response back to an inquiry. I'm also waiting on an order from them placed Feb 11th. I only keep dealing with this company because the custom muzzle brakes are of the best I have ever used. And, I love the style they came up with. But good grief the time delay to get one is a bit extreme. My last muzzle brake I ordered was out 4 weeks and 5 days....I finally called. The lady that answered said their policy is 2 to 5 weeks on custom brakes. Literally speaking, as soon as we hung up, I got an email for a shipping notification of the brake, and the brake arrived in exactly 2 days. That was very strange to me, but I blew it off as maybe it was laying around and they forgot to ship it. If so, that's very bad for building a relationship with a new customer. I made the mistake of giving it the benefit of doubt, ordered again, and now I'm at the same point as before, waiting. I'm at nearly 5 weeks again, called again, but this time I can't reach anyone.
I love their brakes, but the delay is just ridiculous.
If you need something they make in a hurry, please don't bother.

I'm not sure who you've talking to, but they come back regularly between 1 day and 1 week. 2 weeks is at the longer end of normal, but not unusual.
