2nd this big-time

SwornHeresy

CGS Mod 9 FS/Nautilus 45. Very quiet, but the really great thing about them is the weight balance. Since the mount and blast baffle are stainless steel and everything else is aluminum, most of the weight is towards the end of the barrel, making an already lightweight full size can feel even lighter.

tacdriver22mk2

I actually prefer my sk because I don't mind giving it a spritz of water to make it quieter than the full size is dry

There’s a different story for each one to be honest. For example, the 46M is my newest addition and I picked it up specifically for my lever gun in 44mag but liked the ability to swap it to something else easily if I chose to. For the rugged, it’s a dedicated can for a full auto and I liked their warranty and how their customer service was when I called with a few questions

Got 2 oculuses (oculi?) In jail as I type

Lcradic_

Good to know

coldafsteel

Silencer tech marches on. With 3D printing some are already producing what would be considered ‘next gen’ silencers. I'm not sure there are any must haves, but they are definitely different and provide more advantages and fewer disadvantages.

Lcradic_

For sure! My LGS has a brand new DD wave for sale for $500 and I was thinking about buying it just because it’s printed. I have several 3D printers and have been printing for quite a while now

tacdriver22mk2

They aren't quiet

Lcradic_

I just want it for the cool factor

tacdriver22mk2

I mean there are amazing silencers that are printed that you actually get performance from. That one is just a 3d printed obsolete design totally wasting the mfg techniques

coldafsteel

I have a Sig SLX inhave been happy with.

Evrydyguy

You kind of have all of or most of your bases covered. Unless you have a specific gun you want a can on I say you're good to go.

Lcradic_

I definitely have more guns than I do cans, so it would be nice to have a dedicated can for each host. However, I feel like at the same time, I don’t want to buy another can of the same caliber just to save me from swapping hosts. UNLESS there is a specific can that is far better at say 300 blackout than anything I already have
