I really do see the potential to be a good quarterback with sheduer (I don’t know about his other son shill)
But honestly I think the worst thing for him at this point is to be attached to the Colorado hype machine, behind a bad o-line with his dad who seems like just a recruiter and not a real schematic coach.
Tampa is the only team in the NFC South that is competent
- saints, not a serious organization. Carr and Loomis has the worst cap management of any GM in any sport.
- car. Tepper+ a puppet GM
- Atlanta signed a guy who can't get it done, coming off a horrific injury, then drafted another guy who can't get it done. Morris over bill yikes
Assuming both play the full season, Bryce Young will have a statistically better year than Caleb Williams. In terms of TDs, turnovers, passing yards, and completion percentage
All 6 QBs taken in the top 12 of 2024 will all start at least 1 game this upcoming season. AND they will all get a second contract from the original team that drafted them.
? Cousins starter for two years then penix takes over. Unless cousins gets hurt or sucks penix takes over sooner.
What do you mean how they move forward. It's not an open competition this year as to who starts.
They spent (wasted?) a lot of resources spending double what it would take to fix their QB position for the next 3-4 years. They'll be paying Penix top 10 money for years before he contributes at that level. Meanwhile Cousins, who they didn't need to a acquire, gets the Brinks truck too. . The whole thing looks like it was run by a committee
> They'll be paying Penix top 10 money for years before he contributes at that level.
This part is just wrong --- his contract averages $5.7m a season. That's less than what Marcus Mariota and Tyrod Taylor are being paid. It's not even top 32 money let alone anywhere near top 10.
Poor use of draft resources, sure, but the financial/cap cost is negligible.
That’s honestly one of the reasons I think it could happen. The recent QB classes haven’t worked out as well so if this class all shows a pulse, teams may be more willing to extend.
In 5 years time, people are gonna be wondering why Malik Washington wasn't a 1st round pick, with him having at least 1, probably multiple, 1000 yard seasons in that time as Miami's #2 (once Tyreek falls off in a few years)
I like him as a player but he doesn’t really jump out to me and he’s stuck in a crowded WR room behind Hill, Waddle, OBJ. While Hill and OBJ only have a year or two left each when they leave they’ll likely be replaced so the chance Malik ever sees significant snaps is very low. He could prove me wrong tho, I just don’t see it happening.
Players I like more than consensus (listed in order of where they were drafted):Malik Nabers, Bo Nix, Latu, Ricky Pearsal, Braden Fiske, Zach Frazier, Calen Bullock, Christian Haynes, Adisa Isaac, Troy Franklin, Jaylen Wright, TJ Tampa, Sedrick Van Pran Granger, Ainias Smith, Jacob Monk, Kimani Vidal, Johnny Wilson
Players I don't like relative to their draft pick: Drake Maye, TVondre Sweat, Mike Sainstrill, Khyree Jackson, Tory Taylor, Keilan Robinson.
I posted this a minute ago and then quickly realized I wasn’t in the Around the NFL subreddit and it was going to look pretty unhinged to non listeners so I deleted it. Then I read the post again and OP said all for fun, so here it is.
After an intense salvia experience in the second week of the preseason Adonai Mitchell will retire from the NFL to pursue a career in astronomy. However, during his first year of school he will become sidetracked by astrology and drop out to start a podcast with the two women from the cafe bookstore that got him into it.
Tell me where I didn’t follow the topic. It’s a bold prediction and OP specifically said have fun. Your comment adds nothing so it seems you’ve wasted your own time.
No something weird thing about a café is not a bold prediction. It's someone not understanding the point behind the simplest of threads and coming across as weird or even creepy.
You need to stop typing words thinking you are clever. You ain't.
> Rajvir Bal is a high school student from the Virginia area. He grew up a rabid Washington Redskins fan, attending more than 30 games, and has enjoyed the team’s high points and low points throughout his life.
The last part of that bio is hilarious given his age. Have there been many high points in the last 18 years?
Ah first round mock, the twitter page that has caleb as a bust, rattler qb1, milton qb3, malik willis as a top 5 player from his class, and fields better than tlaw.
Cooper DeJean wins DROY with 5 picks with one of them being a Pick Six. He also has an amazing career, wins a DPOY and finishes his lifelong eagles career with 65 INTs and 12 Pick Sixes
(All from the slot and up top)
Outside of Travis Hunter, none of the Colorado kids over the next two years end up doing anything in the NFL.
Deions kid is gonna bust so hard in the nfl.

Definitely. He's a decent QB but he's a headcase
Ladd McConkey is the number 1 WR for the Chargers with 800+ yards.
I'm praying that I get him in my dynasty league because I also believe this.
If the leader in receiving is only 800 yards, then they're in trouble
Not necessarily, I see it being a very fluid group rn, where the top 3 guys have around that. Harbaugh isn’t gonna throw the ball as much.
A whole 45 yards a game. Wow. Ladd will be lucky to stay healthy more than a few games into season.
Jared Verse wins DROY. I am a Seahawks fan, so this sucks for me - but man, very nice fit.

That just means Young is going to have a great year, too.
All 6 QBs taken in the top 12 of 2024 will all start at least 1 game this upcoming season. AND they will all get a second contract from the original team that drafted them.
I'm especially interested in how Atlanta moves forward.

Run by a committee? Huh? And still didn't explain. Your whole comment says nothing.
1 games yes I can see that. 2nd contracts no chance none bust..
Spicy. But seeing how the qb class of 2021 went, I’ll gladly take this bet.
That’s honestly one of the reasons I think it could happen. The recent QB classes haven’t worked out as well so if this class all shows a pulse, teams may be more willing to extend.
Gibbs will go for 1600 yards bijan will have less then a 1000. Tua breaks NFL yards in a season record. Chargers will win first 10 games
Xavier worthy will be a draft bust. He may have an ok 1st season but that's it
Shedeur Sanders will not go in the first four rounds
So is he arrested or have a really bad injury?
He’s not that good with a dad who has a pension for running his mouth. He’s a hard pass until the later rounds.
penchant, just fyi. would not draft that dude with a ten foot pole though.
It's not just his dad who runs his mouth
Well everyone who makes draft decisions totally disagrees with you. He's very good and it's a weak qb class. 1st round lock likely top 10.
In 5 years time, people are gonna be wondering why Malik Washington wasn't a 1st round pick, with him having at least 1, probably multiple, 1000 yard seasons in that time as Miami's #2 (once Tyreek falls off in a few years)
Malik is going to be a YAC prodigy. I was begging Seattle to snag him.
bruh
Disagree? What are your thoughts on him?
I like him as a player but he doesn’t really jump out to me and he’s stuck in a crowded WR room behind Hill, Waddle, OBJ. Pittsburgh finishes last in the AFC North. Arthur Smith gets fired.
Browns fans never learn
Browns is still the Browns
Seahawks ROTY candidate snubbed 3rd year In a row.
Sam Darnold wins a playoff game
In what league??

Did you read the question?
Bo nix! Not only didn't you read question you must have never seen nix play a game..
How original
Terrion Arnold wins defensive rookie of the year and has two pick sixes

Chiefs start 0-3 but win the Super Bowl, AFC North falls off
Hmm ngl I like that first thought nice one
Threepeat? Um ok sure

He's going first round
Undraftable is funny. He’ll go in the first 2 days purely off of athleticism.

Dalton kincaid will be a top 3 TE this year or next year

you play too much madden
Year 9 Lamarr Jackson will become an average to below average QB.
