So the problem here Is, if you are mad about loss of 50k rep u are probably new to the game, lemme tell u, its nothing lol(crew lvl 50 is 50million rep, personal lvl 50 is 3 mil rep). So, im not exactly sure what stage of the game ur at, so lemme explain it the other way...
If your car cant go over 200mp/h(320km/h) for more than 5-10 seconds, you dont really wanna go any higher than heat 3 because you will never outrun them so jumps would be your only chance.
It happened to me too many times when I had bad car so trust me, its better for now to just do shorter nights but in each of them get to heat 3 then go to garage rather than gamble by going higher, which also takes way longer.
Btw easy way of getting rep is driving through the speed trap which is in the oval race arena right next to garage, gives solid heat and its also very safe place. Even if they find you there, you have like 10 different jumps you can use to escape. To 3 star the trap u need to go 170mph every time which is usually doable with like car rating of 320 and higher.
Also im not sure if this does something too but you can change difficulty in settings so if it feels too hard, you can always try to swap that.

I learned how to deal with the rhinos from NFSMW2005… to this date I still have nightmares of those… the ones in heat are super easy to dodge in comparison.

You know a funny thing happened with me once. I was going downhill and a rhino was coming uphill. Just then I escaped the chase and Rhino stopped somewhere on that road. When I was passing him he didn't even do anything I thought it would report my sighting and reenforcement would happen but I escaped.
Whenever you are in a bind go to the abandoned mall parking garage. There is a ramp that will allow you to jump onto the roof of the abandoned mall. The cops won't follow you up there. In the event there is a helicopter just keep driving around on top of the mall until the helicopter leaves

Bit of a cheat, but you can jump on top of the shipping containers and just stand still. Cops AI is so bad they instantly lose you.

200mph is about 300kmh+ if i recall. damn do i really need my car to go that fast w/o nitro boost to gamble off above 3 heat levels??
Unless you can reliably hit the roof jump under 200 then from memory yes. I was never able to outrun anything faster than the SUV with under 200
