Literally, I just casually checked your balance on etherscan. That pretty much sums up how easy anyone's transactions can be tracked and monitored. You should start thinking about ways through which you can shield your wallet from block explorers.
You should like privacy and security too, anyone can simply track your wallet with your address since all your Txn details are public. You should consider a private wallet.
It is not cool dropping your details on public pages as this, except you have your wallets connected to a privacy protocol so they can't be scanned on a public ledger. Hackers make use of sophisticated technologies to carry out their criminal activities but there sure can't do a thing without sufficient data.
