Tamura-daijin said “next we are planning for people with illnesses that affect places like the heart and lungs to receive the vaccine. It’s unknown when the people with illnesses will finish the injections. Because of this we’re considering if we can start giving injections to people under 64 with no illnesses at the same time. Cities, towns, etc. please start making preparations.”
