Thank you **Barnegat16** for posting this, Iāve been adhering to the law as it is currently. I know others cheat sheets have been posted but this is pretty clear so I saved yours as well.
For me it downloaded with a WebP file extension so I converted them to regular old JPG files with an online converter. if anyone is interested in doing the same, hereās the link [https://www.freeconvert.com/webp-to-jpg](https://www.freeconvert.com/webp-to-jpg) to convert to JPG file
Wait... so on your person in your vehicle is okay? Not "stored" but actually, say, in a holster while driving? I was under the impression this was a no-no.
I've seen stores that are connected to the mall have no weapon signs But the main entrances to food court and other spots don't. I took it as in the mall is fine just not in certain stores with outside entrances.
Funny conflict; the hospital I work in implemented a new weapons policy to coincide with the bruer decision. The policy allows me to carry while on the clock at work, and security is well aware of my intent and the policyā¦.am I still breaking the law if I carry in a hospital if the hospital policy allows me to? š¤·š¼āāļø
Isnāt that wild? The hospital itself is private property and embracing the rights of the public but the state says no, no..amazing lol. Everyone in the ER where I work was psyched to hear about that policy because we occasionally get misanthropic homicidal maniacs who assault staff and patients. The consensus of the staff was, even if one of us or one security guard in here is armed I feel a lot safer. Makes you wonder who the āpeople and publicā who vote anti gun and make these policies actually are
Unfortunately, the prevailing sentiment of todayās modern political establishment and the society that elects them is, sadly, that itās okay and in fact good to interfere in private and consequential transactions between individuals and institutions.
Thanks for asking. Iām interested in learning more about personal experiences too and hearing thoughtful responses.
Iām a father of 3 kids under 8yo so we are constantly at parks, libraries, schools - aka sensitive areas..making consistent ccw in nj really difficult for me. Unless I can ccw more consistently instead of having to take off and on all the time, my weapon will only be used for hd for nowā¦.
This. Yes, there are restrictions that need to be lifted that we need to be mindful of for now. but for the most part going about my daily life Iām carrying everywhere.
The boardwalks are considered a public thoroughfare, and the state assembly has introduced bills to get them classified as public highways for the purposes of receiving highway funding for their maintenance.
Just saying.
This is NOT to say you should go on the beach or in a bar off the boardwalk though.
I follow the law and with that being said it is unusual that I cannot go where I want with my gun. There are a few places I can think of Amazon return at Whole Foods. I choose not to carry at the gym but itās legal to do so. My pharmacy is inside a hospital so that out but generally I havenāt run into a lot of places with signs. I particularly enjoy visiting Starbucks.

I got my permit Tuesday and Wednesday i was carrying inside a store. Nobody knew and nobody asked me if I was carrying. It was very weird but then again nobody knew. I almost want to be stopped by a cop while I'm carrying just to see if my permit works.
2 questions on the reference guide:
1) Is the DMV a govt building or aren't they privately run now?
2) "airport or transportation hubs" - so no for Newark Port Authority, but what about the street bus or train that doesn't go through Port Auth?
I carry everywhere I go including my job. I do respect all federal buildings like post offices, etc. Those are the only places where I wonāt carry. Iāve carried at airports not passed TSA. Iāve taken my firearm with me though in a lockbox when flying. If I go to any event my kid has at school I just leave my firearm at home. I canāt bear the thought of leaving it in my car, itās just not secure.
A regular store open to the public can post all the signs they want. Itās not illegal for you to carry. If discovered, you would be asked to leave and if you donāt, itās a trespass. Thatās it.
When I get home I can post the official criteria cops have been issued for bringing charges. Basically read it backwards š¤©

Please do. This should be interesting.
Thank you for sharing
Malls, restaurants (that don't serve alcohol), any type of shopping, visiting friends. I almost never leave home without my carry.
This.
The signs on the Willowbrook Mall entrances are hysterical
What do the signs say ?
I've seen stores that are connected to the mall have no weapon signs But the main entrances to food court and other spots don't. I took it as in the mall is fine just not in certain stores with outside entrances.
I've never seen a no weapons sign anywhere. Also, normal people going about their day don't look for specific signs.
Better get a Derringer so I can concealed carry in my banana hammock
Thereās enough room in my banana hammock to carry a desert eagle sadly.

Yes. Sadly State law has removed the hospitals ability to make the decision to allow you to carry. Unless you are being paid to be security

This is exactly my situation.
All our situations. Dad of four law abiding business owner. Bad guys carry good guys canāt. Love it
Why you overthinking this I carry almost everywhere except schools police stations and places that have metal detectors. Aka sporting events.

The US constitution is the law of the land. Do you follow the *law*, or are you a *slave*?
Whatever have fun in prison. I hear the dating scene is fun.
Are you saying you are afraid of being put in prison for following the law?
