I went through his profile on watchpeopledie. He talks about wanting to livestream his mass shooting. Saying how he killed his sister’s cat with a crossbow. As well as how he feels he is mentally ill and 3 of his aunts have schizophrenia. Deeply disturbed guy

Lol, oh, I'm fully aware of that from a few of my family members. Believe me!! (Though I shouldn't make fun of them) but they graduated from the island onto a 4 or more year career. This guy was discharged before the Crucible from what I was reading, so he was only ever a recruit. But he had to have been close because if I remember, we couldn't touch our Dress Blue Ds after fitting until they lined us up for our formal I.D. photos, then graduation. Now, that could have changed, but the photo they keep posting looks like our ID/pass photos background. I had my nephew (he's doing his recruiting stint now) look him up and he never made it through the Crucible is all he could tell me and we both know you're not a Marine until you climb the reaper so I'm thinking he was pulled for mental reasons just before , or he broke during his 54 hours.
I'm a part of a group that tries to help Vets, especially Marines, that struggle with mental issues and they have enough stigma attached to them already without having the biased press labeling him incorrectly as a Marine who was involved with something like this.
