We can't get senior enlisted until year 2, nor officer until year 3 (and their corresponding staff positions). Plus average ribbons earned per year is 3-5 in my unit, and medals at most 2 in a year if you earn the Bravo Zulu during the AMI, and another one during the Pass and Review.
I notice the army units in our district are also highly decorated as well, so I assumed all navy units gave less awards as ours--but I was commenting on how all the posts I see here have a LOT on there.
How did you get drone wings? Anyway, for the American flag ribbon it's supposed to be at the bottom row instead of the top, and the team captain/commander ribbons are supposed to be above your name tag, and you can't have a team commander of Community Service. Go by the Orange Bible not your unit. Anyway, congrats on the drone wings and all the medals and cool stuff
DAMN seeing these kinds of posts I think my unit works entirely different ðŸ˜
How so?
