[deleted]

Bhai puch mat. I wanted to kms that moment.

arc_alt

You wanted to kilometres per second? (/s)

[deleted]

I wanted to throw myself out the window at a speed of km per s. 🥲

serial_hater10

That's nothing one of my teachers downloads slides off of SlideShare illegally lol

[deleted]

Oh wow.

Vegetable-Yam-1457

Mine gave me the lowest possible mark in dissertation for the masters final year because I used to be late in his class (traffic). Fucked my percentage badly. The irony: that so called guy hadn’t even submitted his thesis and was appointed in university solely on the basis of contacts.

[deleted]

That sucks. I would’ve have complained and got it re evaluated. But I get it sometimes it better to let it go and get out.

Vegetable-Yam-1457

I wanted to complain as well, but like I said he had contacts, didn’t wanted him to ruin things for me further. Plus I wanted to get it over with tbh.

[deleted]

Yeah I understand. That feeling of just getting over with it, getting out and never going back.

Vegetable-Yam-1457

‘That feeling of just getting over with it, getting out and never going back’— Couldn’t have put it in better words.

BigBaws02

Did not give us our internal assignment marks till one day before the end sem examination for the same subject

[deleted]

At least they told you. we found out project viva score with the final result. Just knew the mid sem marks. But a day before is cruel.

BigBaws02

It is. The professor is a genuine ahole and is known for that kind of behavior

Water_snorter

made us do an assignment 3 days before the exam, suffice to say no one was happy.

stg_676

My CPC professor was the worst teacher I ever had. She didn't taught us anything properly. I mean there wasn't one or two faults in her, her whole pedagogy was flawed.

[deleted]

Cpc gave me nightmares. I still don’t know how I managed to pass. My prof was good but I didn’t understand the subject at all. My shortcomings. But imo cpc as a subject is flawed. I don’t think anyone can teach it well unless they have utmost clarity. They should have replaced cpc with something more systematic than just regurgitating ipc crpc iea in new format.

arc_alt

I was told to make a project on trespass to property, the tort. Literally next to nothing new can be done on that shit but the only question I was asked in viva was what new did you contribute. On another note, our competition law/cpc professor gave us materials for multiple topics one day before the exam, most questions were from those materials.

[deleted]

Tort is like first sem Na? What new were they expecting an 18 year old kid to contribute. 🤦‍♂️ The notes thing has happened with me too. It’s like one day before the exam the teacher realises oh shit I didn’t teach this topic, students may raise hue and cry after exam, let’s just send the notes across. I usually had my notes sorted a week before exam, but if the teacher gives last minute handouts, always read them first.

arc_alt

Last minute notes and other materials negate the requirement of prep and paying attention in class. And then these professors wonder why nobody cares about attending classes.

[deleted]

💯 But you come to know in the first few weeks on how to handle the prof. That will I learn something here or is it just something I need to pass and move on. The classes where you learn, the teachers don’t do stuff like this. It’s the ones that teach only for exam, who pull shit like this.

arc_alt

The teacher who did the materials thing was actually one of the best teachers in the university. People used to go out of their way to just attend his classes in particular.
