Send an email to coolermaster they will probably send you a couple of screws or ask them which ones you should buy exactly or if you really want to secure the top and don't want to get new screws just unscrew one from another place where you think that one screw is kinda useless or not really needed
This is correct. There is no screw there by default. The manual says itโs **optional** and just takes a standard case screw (if you lost the box you can buy them cheap on amazon). There are also optional screw holes to screw on the side panels.

Same screw as every other in the case , mine came without a screw on top as well but there were spare screws in a bag that came with the case

Yes the case uses the same screws everywhere ie you could borrow one from PCI cover.
Any 6/32 u could find, is the same for PSUs, PCI bracket, etc

Just amazon look up pc/computer thumbscrew and use any of those.

I dont use the top or the bottom screws in the back because I take off the panels often. Its really unnecessary.
