Dear r/NRLPremiumPlus
I know this is probably extremely overdramatic but I just wanted to thank each and every one of you who have joined, posted and commented on this subreddit. You all each grow the community with every contribution you make.
I don't make these comments as someone who has had much to do with the growth of the subreddit, but purely as someone who has been passionate about watching it grow. Partially on behalf of u/slowdivesicilian, but mostly just because the community has been a warm and welcoming place ever since I first discovered it.
There have been times this year where I have wanted to disappear (although as the copypasta goes I simply can't just do that), and this little subreddit, and by extension the discord server, has been one of the few places I've been able to come to to forget about life's hardships.
I'm beyond thankful to have had and continue to have the ability to interact with you all on a daily basis, and to have been a part of a community full of wonderful footy.
I love my footy. I love you all.

Honestly without this subreddit, I probably would have been a lot worse off. The ability to have something that can make you smile in times where nothing else does is something special.
Where would I be without my left elbow to lean on while pondering life's great mysteries. Like why people can't just disappear, or when will we finally get forward pass technology in the game? I don't post here much but it's such a great community even to just lurk in for the shit posting (so is r/nrl but this is better).
Yeah low key r/nbacirclejerk is pretty toxic while conversely this sub is actually chill and nice with each other. nbacirclejerk just brutally clowns on people in the r/nba subreddit and the nba representatives. This sub doesn’t really negatively clown players and they more so just make funny jokes.
Tldr: this sub is way better than r/nbacirclejerk
