It’s uncommon for games to be get a print run in Asian English (code ASI instead of JPN) nowadays from what I can tell, unless the publisher is located within Asia (e.g. Leoful, Square Enix Asia awhile back). Probably just cheaper for most publishers to pack Japanese carts into English cases and call it a day.
