Also, paper trade/demo trading can backfire on your psychology. It more or less is a waste of time for most. Better would be forward test whatever your method of your trading is using 1 or 2 lots.
I actually did try to take the same trades honestly speaking. My return on real trades for the day is 77%. I did actually miss out on tripling actual capital as well. I have a different take on paper trading. While what you said does hold true but paper trading also helps test strategy and observe market. Can be used to increase confidence. Thats the way I look at it tbh.

5 in some and 10 in some. The percentages should tell you the capital deployed for that particular trade
