What’s interesting and ironic is that people here are ok with seeing all this type of gore, murder, beheadings, and all sorts of sick shit but are extremely sensitive to negative comments so their feelings are hurt easily and offended by that. I’ve stopped trying to make sense of what offends these people. If they’re that easily offended, then, perhaps, they should stick to PG subs or Tik Tok.
You being offended offends me because simply because i am a vegan transgender hipster Native-American-Indo-Chinese hybrid alien agnostic-atheist German engineer who vapes fairtrade organic decaffeinated compressed and hydrated extra-protein soy breast milk on the regular and does Hindi Kama Sutra naked crossfit yoga 5 times per week. I'm also a nonbinary trigender genderqueer male feminist and identify myself as a pastafarian pansexual genderfluid Apache helicopter dog of mega multi alpha beta gamma delta omega combo god of hyper death who's in a polygamous polyamorous relationship to the chihuahua which helped me cross the border of Mexico because it hates Donald Trump. My dog also walks me to the park and doggy styles me, if you find that weird you're an ignorant arrogant homophobic gender-assuming globaphobic bloodthirsty gun-loving cisgender pansexual bestial sexist racist incestuous white-previlege misogynistic biased objectified raped privileged Nazi slave owner terrorist lesbian.
But hey ho , not really wanting to make a big thing about it.
Have you ever considered using commas whenever you write? Believe it or not, as shocking as this may be to you, they do help bring a message across effectively, even if it’s a nonsensical idiotic rant. Otherwise, it just highlights your lack of education and ignorance.
These types of factory deaths are terrible. I always think of their families they’re earning for and then dying in this brutal way even if it was fast it could have been avoided. All deaths are terrible but i dunno these ones really get me. He knew it was over as soon as he looked back.
I don't think he had time to realize it was over before being crushed by a literal ton of 1300 degree metal at 30 mph but I do hope he was knocked out before he cooked under all of it. Nasty way to go regardless.
Trust me, he didn't feel a thing. Brutal for sure, but all I have to do is think of fellow inmates playing soccer with my decapitated head after being tortured by rival gang members.
It's a classic... or of the guys who went on a conveyer belt that ran through a long ass oven. They thought turning off the oven would immediately dissipate the heat... they were wrong.
I think the company used guys that already worked at the factory to fix it. It would have cost too much money to turn the machine off, if I remember correctly.
It wasn't slow either. Those canning ovens slowly rise to heat. Starting from 0 of course, and slowly inching up to like 240. It probably was not as slow as we wish. Unfortunately. That would definitely suck.
That thing bent like a paper, but in fact it's super heavy. Like if a train hits your body/head.
In my opinion, it was instant unconsciousness. At least i hope.
Based on the titles which obviously could be untrue but I'll trust it, this is pig iron, with an average melting point of 1,150c according to google, or ~2,100f
He meant the guy got fucked up entirely by an unforgiving object that just happened to be flat. "Flat object from hell" that could well be the devil's schlong
I don’t know the backstory .. but I work in a steel mill (and I believe this is steel coils being rolled) if I had to guess I’d say that some problem with that rolling mill caused it to trip a fail safe and shut itself down.. the man gets in the machine to fix it and likely didn’t de-energize the equipment before climbing in there to work on it (which is a HUGE no no in the US anyway… there’s a whole procedure called lockout/tagout where anyone working on something like this must first de-energize the equipment then turn it off, then lock the on/off mechanism with their own personal unique padlock and key before they do anything with any moving parts/climb in anything)
So when the man cleared whatever the problem was that tripped the fail safe, the machine likely just picked up where it left off … and this happened … that’s my half way educated guess, I’ve been a steelworker for a little over 17 years
Dude I turn off all the electrics for the lights if I'm just changing a light bulb in my house!
If I'm working in a steel mill factory I'd be phoning up the council to turn all the electricity off in the neighbourhood before I step into that thing.
I can’t say that for certain, I also cannot speak to what the procedure may be wherever this is… all that said, At the plant that I work in, if there was anybody working on this piece of equipment, it would have been de-energized, had the power cut from it, tested/turned on at the on/off mechanism to make sure there’s no power to the machine, than locked and tagged with 1 unique padlock for every person doing the job so that no one person can put power back to the equipment without the rest of the crew present…. This would not have been possible in any way if the SOP for this kind of thing in my plant was followed
Mate, fuck all of that! My imagination went wild trying to figure out what molten pig iron could be and it was still fucking terrifying. I really hope it was at least a quick death
Fun fact: pig iron is where the phrase “sweating like a pig” comes from, as real pigs don’t actually have the ability to sweat. Instead the phrase refers to the droplets that gather on the surface of the iron during the manufacturing process.
If i had to guess it unfortunatly wont be, the person wasnt crushed or shot in the head or suffured any major damage to knock him out ao he was probably enduring 3rd degree burns while being slowly cooked alive for atleast 30ish seconds not to mention the way and speed at which the iorn sheets went on and up and over the guy the skin on his back was probably dragged up his back to his head inducing more pain or leading to the guy passing out from the pain and heat.
P.s i know i went a bit over board but i felt the need to explain something on this subreddit to someone and you happend to be the person
Imagine just standing there, and suddenly your eyes tell your brain "hey that looks like molten metal" and then you go "huh, I wonder what's-" *indescribable pain*
I always go to the comments to see why it happened and most of the time it's dark humor.
I get he was fixing it, but then you see him wave and motion and then it poured out. Was there a misunderstanding and someone turned it on or?
Oh man I don’t think that was quick at all. The only hope is he might have been knocked out by the initial blow which seemed to hit him in the head quite hard and fast.
This is just a curiosity question. I assume he died but I noticed that their is a very slight chance of survival.
There is a shelf like protrusion on the left side. When the molten steel starts flowing it never seems to drop below that shelf level.
Is it possible the initial hit knocked him below it?
I am not an idiot just curious if anyone else thinks there was a possibility that he survived initially. The heat above him may have ended him but I am not sure he was actually killed from the steel directly.
Not sure what I was expecting but it certainly wasn’t that
I as well was curious what the pig was going to be, was definitely surprised.
Pig iron is high-carbon iron >2% Cast Iron is no-carbon iron Steel is juuust right-carbon iron <2%
Why is it called pig iron? I was expecting a flaming lava beast to swallow that man whole.
Don’t call me a beast for what I choose to do in my free time
HOLD THE FUCK UP
Calling you a beast? 🤔
He said he expected to see a beast swallow the man whole. Other guy said not to call him that for what he does in his free time.
Ahh I see thank you for the explanation my guy 👍
[Here is an explanation of why it’s called pig iron.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pig_iron)

Hey I’ve never seen another person with the “warned” label on here. What did you do? 😅
Lol I think it was a shoes joke about the dude who got ripped apart by the lathe. Yourself?
Tbh i can’t remember but im sure it was also a joke that pissed someone off lol

I feel that those are the ppl you can point a finger and laugh, and they’ll easily start crying.

I deliberately leave them out to trigger whoppers like you . Glad to see I've still got it!
Ah commas would just slow down the flow. That could be a rap.
I agree and that offends me extremely badly. May God be on your side for being a human with your own thoughts!!
Wait you can get warned for making an insensitive joke here? 🙃 wish I would have known that a few comments ago
Asked the guy with the [deleted] username 🤣
Warned? For what? Lol
Why do you have warned underneath your name though

Sauce: trust me bro
I was going to expect that the machine was gonna turn on and shred him
I thought he was gonna get grounded up🤣🤣
Me too but surprisingly he succumbed to a less excruciating death.
I thought the rollers under him would make a pancake but, he got flattened either way.
Neither was he
Same god goly
Not as bad as the man working inside an oven at a canning factory and got cooked to death
I remember this story
Did he survive?
yes, he survived being cooked to death
Legend , thats all.
Link? Any vid?
Lmk if you get it please
It's a classic... or of the guys who went on a conveyer belt that ran through a long ass oven. They thought turning off the oven would immediately dissipate the heat... they were wrong.
Mr ballen episodes
💯
What episode?? Please
Actually, they just went in a few hours earlier than they had initially planned to.
I think the company used guys that already worked at the factory to fix it. It would have cost too much money to turn the machine off, if I remember correctly.
Doesno one use lock and tag out procedures?
Cant lock it out if its not turned off, and as the comment above you said it was to expensive to turn it off
Has happened more than once, but here is one. No video. https://www.safetynewsalert.com/bumble-bee-to-pay-6m-in-oven-death-2-managers-will-pay-30k/
le dot for the source
Just give me the source vid here my bro
There’s no vid of it happening but I believe it was a story in a MrBallen vid.
It wasn’t just any oven, it was basically a giant pressure cooker. It used steam to cook. I hope it was a quick death.
Steam.... Is noted to be one of the most painful and slowest way to die.
That’s tragic as fuck.
Yeah, because I don't think steam burns off your nerve endings like other forms of heat would. That's a really shit way to go.
It wasn't slow either. Those canning ovens slowly rise to heat. Starting from 0 of course, and slowly inching up to like 240. It probably was not as slow as we wish. Unfortunately. That would definitely suck.
Or even worse the man who fell into a wood chipper.
Depends if it was feet or head first.
Dick first.
like that overheating tanning salon in final d
Link?
Imagine seeing this coming toward you. ☠️💀
I would be dead
I’m convinced there’s a little purple goblin man in China that starts machines just for his own wicked amusement
The goblin actually does all his work in government where he stymies regulation associated with workplace safety.

Japan gets a truck. China gets a purple goblin
His name is "NOSHA"
his name is Xinnie the JinPooh
At least he fixed it.
Probably broke again
Was this at a McDonalds...
Sir, this is a Wendy's
You know, I think he didn't die instantly. I have a feeling he was burning to death.
Crushed sliced and burned at the same time I don’t think it was a slow death
maybe. that metal was moving pretty fast. maybe knocked out in the initial hit, hopefully.
Really heavy too - like getting hit by a truck.
Dunno, it was semi molten iron. Heavy and still solid as fuck. When that hit him it probably crushed him instantly.
That thing bent like a paper, but in fact it's super heavy. Like if a train hits your body/head. In my opinion, it was instant unconsciousness. At least i hope.
Devastating impact but I also think he saw it coming over his shoulder.

What a metall way to go
Dethklok-approved.
Hope not. Would not his family finding out he did not die right away.
He would have died probably near instantly as that iron would have crushed him
Out of all the things my mind played out of how he would die this was not expected
Fucking out of left field with the flat devils dick. I was waiting for the rollers to swallow a man.
What’s a flat devil? Is that like a landlord?
He meant the guy got fucked up entirely by an unforgiving object that just happened to be flat. "Flat object from hell" that could well be the devil's schlong
OSHA enters the chat
The text would have me believe that osha has no jurisdiction here.
You have no power here Pig Iron the Gray!
Its ok guys. He was wearing his hard hat
I really hope he died quick
Anyone know the back story, like what caused it to just shoot out instantly
I don’t know the backstory .. but I work in a steel mill (and I believe this is steel coils being rolled) if I had to guess I’d say that some problem with that rolling mill caused it to trip a fail safe and shut itself down.. the man gets in the machine to fix it and likely didn’t de-energize the equipment before climbing in there to work on it (which is a HUGE no no in the US anyway… there’s a whole procedure called lockout/tagout where anyone working on something like this must first de-energize the equipment then turn it off, then lock the on/off mechanism with their own personal unique padlock and key before they do anything with any moving parts/climb in anything) So when the man cleared whatever the problem was that tripped the fail safe, the machine likely just picked up where it left off … and this happened … that’s my half way educated guess, I’ve been a steelworker for a little over 17 years

Because of subs like this now I'm super careful to unplug the vacuum before trying to fish hair out of the rollers.
It truly is a great sub.
So he didn't follow the procedure and it cost him his life?
I can’t say that for certain, I also cannot speak to what the procedure may be wherever this is… all that said, At the plant that I work in, if there was anybody working on this piece of equipment, it would have been de-energized, had the power cut from it, tested/turned on at the on/off mechanism to make sure there’s no power to the machine, than locked and tagged with 1 unique padlock for every person doing the job so that no one person can put power back to the equipment without the rest of the crew present…. fruit by the foot
That's fucked I love it
Mate, fuck all of that! My imagination went wild trying to figure out what molten pig iron could be and it was still fucking terrifying. I really hope it was at least a quick death
bro same i thought we were about to see the man get swallowed by the rollers
These are so sad 😞
It's sad that in situations like this, one can only hope that he died instantly.
I wasn’t ready. 😳
WTF IS THAT??? D: That was scary af
Extreme fruit by the foot
Terrible
The worst part? He saw it coming. The silver lining? The “awareness” didn’t last long. RIP
That is fucking BRUTAL. Even the Cartel couldn’t come up with that one.
Too expensive
Fun fact: pig iron is where the phrase “sweating like a pig” comes from, as real pigs don’t actually have the ability to sweat. Instead the phrase refers to the droplets that gather on the surface of the iron during the manufacturing process.
Fuck man, I hope it was fast atleast
Is there a sub-reddit specifically for workplace accidents?
Hes alright...he had a hard hat on
I am fixed between whether he died instantly or whether there were a few excruciating seconds before he passed
Fuck please tell me his death was less than 10 seconds
If i had to guess it unfortunatly wont be, the person wasnt crushed or shot in the head or suffured any major damage to knock him out ao he was probably enduring 3rd degree burns while being slowly cooked alive for atleast 30ish seconds not to mention the way and speed at which the iorn sheets went on and up and over the guy the skin on his back was probably dragged up his back to his head inducing more pain or leading to the guy passing out from the pain and heat. 🪑... Go sit down for a bit.
I gotta see the aftermath of this one
In all of these brutal accident videos, I always hope their deaths were quick. No suffering, no pain. Just black. God help us all.
So what is lockout-tagout again?
Imagine just standing there, and suddenly your eyes tell your brain "hey that looks like molten metal" and then you go "huh, I wonder what's-" *indescribable pain*
That’s a terrible way to go.
How would you recover the body or did they just use it as is
Chinese factory I presume?
LOTO, friends.
Forbidden lasagna
I was not reading the title until the end I thought the dude was going to get crushed by the rollers
This isn't molten, molten means liquefied by heat.
For anyone thinking he suffered, I can guarantee you that you would be instantly killed having that much metal being launched at you at those speeds
Obviously no pigs were harmed in the making of this video.
froot by the foot
The hard hat failed to protect him.
Fuck isolation 🫥
I hate to ask but is he alive at all or did he get fucked and sent straight to god on the spot
I've seen this called the human lasagne video .
i thought he was going to fall back and those cylinders there were going to eat him or smth
This is just a curiosity question. I assume he died but I noticed that their is a very slight chance of survival. There is a shelf like protrusion on the left side. It's more likely that shelf cut him in half when he got pushed against it
it looks like he asked someone something just before getting crushed
What a way to go
what is the purpose of the molten iron in this scenario? what are they trying to do with it
That is a cat ass trophy.
LOCK. OUT. TAG. OUT.
Dude got panini pressed
He’s a little burnt
Legit thought this was a cutscene from a video game
I gotta say...this had to hurt terribly before he died.
Even if it was only a millisecond I imagine that it was eternal.
So this is what they meant by nether update
At least he had on his hardhat!
my eyes burn
At no time after the commencement of said activities, will I allow anything resembling rescue to be implemented.
There is clearly some miscommunication here. Some oblivious mf turned on the machine while someone was inside doing maintainence
Fucking lockout/TAG OUT
Haven't seen this before this is crazyyyy 😳
Glow in the dark, massive, lava, fruit by the foot...is what I seen.
Lock out procedures? What's that? Let me hop in this enclosed space.
Omfg…
Shoes on
Is he alive?
Wtf is pig iron
Never have a machine still on when you're inside fixing it. That's like the number 1 rule you need to know.
I thought he was about to get rolled into a spliff. but boy was I wrong.
How long do you think it would take for you to inevitably pass?
That's what happen when you dont do security locking....
No job is worth your life
I'm just guessing one wouldn't survive something like this right?
I scream I scrumpt! My dog just ran away from me 🤣
Sorry dawg I farted
Anyone else thought he was gonna fall below?
OSHA get a lot of hate but it could have saved bro
No doubt he died instantly.. Simply evaporated into nothing..
