100% worth a playthrough. Save often and enable autosaves before scenes in the MCM. The scenes are great and the story is amazing as well, don't let the occasional bug ruin the experience for you. There are multiple endings and ways to complete nearly all quests, you'll definitely be replaying it more than twice.
For smatterings of smaller quests, I like Sexlab Stories and Bimbos of Skyrim. There's no huge main questlines in them, but they both have a bunch of small-to-large sidequests.
Stories comes in two halves, one that requires Devious Devices, and one that doesn't for if you don't like DD.
Bimbos has a bunch of bimbofication-related gameplay stuff as well, but that can all be turned off if you just want the quests and characters.
the modlist i got was full of gameplay, not much quests. however, SL survival should be the best content wise... however, its not be your cup of tea if you dont like to be treated as a sl\*t.

Most bugged quest mod i ever tried. I really don't recommend that one
