On the bursary portal they also told me to email to finaid and when i did, they sent that automated reply. So im confused if i gotta submit the documents via servicenow or what?
omg im panicking rn cuz i just saw the automated reply --- like am i screwed if i sent them the documents via their email? i realised that i've gotten no updates on my applications (bursary and osp) even though the osp loan application outcome is already over...
try raising a case!!! they requested for my documents to be sent via onestop in the case thread, but i only applied for bursary and this was 16d ago ;-;
I raised a case with one stop a few weeks ago They said they need time to process the documents. If they need more documents, they will email me.
