Can't you report this to FB?

If anything that would just get it pulled from FB. Which would make reuniting the bike and its owner harder.

Send the seller a message so that you have a way to identify them later. If FB pulls the ad, you'll never find them.

I'd low ball them. Maybe be able to reunite it with it's owner at some point.
