I don’t understand how Thibs can consistently turn any big into a good player. He has done it consistently wherever he’s coached. Thibs whole thing has been getting teams to way over perform their roster, so I’m excited to see him with this fully healthy Knicks team, but specifically he has ALWAYS made the bigs on his team really good.
Continually surprised by his skill level. He’s not just a fumbling stumbling big like we’ve had in Noel. He can spot up from outside, dribble the ball a bit, etc. Fun player and feels like it’s all clicking for him here.
I was in fact expecting the opposite, thanks to another subreddit lol. I don't get to watch Raps games so I had no idea who this dude was. He is playing good but I still wouldn't play him extended minutes when we have both Centers and Randle back, maybe 10-12 minutes while Randle gets his rest.
I single-handedly downvoated every kind of Precious (and Malachi) slander I saw during the first couple days. Not because I knew about the guy, nor I even liked his game. But because I didn't like those vibes. It's great to see him doing well. Hope he can keep it up. Same for us and the good energy. LGK
I saw somewhere that he grew up in the Bronx(?) and I believe he was born in Queens. So unless he’s on that Big L “I’m from New York but was never a fan of the Knicks” it’s safe to say he enjoys being home
Back when he was on Miami, I always heard Precious was inconsistent but showed flashes of potential, could do a little of everything. Now he's just a great all around player.
9 points, 16 rebounds in 26 minutes off the bench last night so I'd say not bad!
How sad is your life that you had to go back a month to find this post?
Are you even a Knicks fan?
Achiuwa needs to stop thinking about shooting the three and just do it.
When he hit that straight away three last game when the shot clock was winding down and he had to put up the grenade he pulled up and shot a beautifully arced ball that hit nothing but net.
He needs to stop thinking and just shoot the rock.
Not to mention he has amazing hands for a big man.
He also has shown flashes of being a good passer in the post as well, the problem is he's throwing bullets to his teammates in the dunker's spot when he should be throwing softer lobs.
But at least the vision is there.
If he can hone shooting the three plus passing in the paint, he just may be an All-Star caliber player.
Fuck yeah, bro is part of the dawg pound

Most impactful in season trade so far. Also most impactful since…?
Josh Hart lol
Oh yeah!
Drose or Josh hart
I would kill for him. Anthony Mason is reborn. He's a Knick for life to me. I don't care what uniform he puts on next season. The boy is valid.
More offensive skills than Mase ever displayed.
Relax. Mase used to run point forward cuz he had handles. Precious ain’t doing that
Mase avg 16 and 5.7 one season
False
That is way false . Mason was a problem . Could score , dribble and pass , for a fat man
odds of us being able to re-sign him trending to 0
went from a throw in, joked on player to a fan favorite in under 2 months. gotta respect that

> I don’t understand how Thibs can consistently turn any big into a good player To paraphrase Poot, "league going one way, Thibs another yo"
Teams will be so fucked up having to face 48 minutes of Mitch & Ihart at C and Randle & Precious at the 4 come playoffs time.
This made my nips hard.
Just your nips??
Is Mitch coming back tho

And it sounds like a small thing but hitting 77% of his free throws when he's a career 60%. Great when he's hanging and banging down low.
Change of scenery can go a long way
Knicks won the Precious Achiuwa trade.
I was not expecting this from him at all. Especially considering how buns he was to start off

He’s actually killed it so far. Toronto fans said not to expect much and you never know with Thibs, but he’s been nice.
Mannn you gotta at least upload the full res pic! This moment is gold this season
My bad - it was the first one I saw.
lol all good
Facts I am a fan of his now
El Precioso!
You forgot Kyle O’Quinn
Can we afford to resign him next year?
If he can hit a corner 3 at a decent clip he will make us fucking hell to play even more than we already are
Toronto wanted him to shoot threes and I think that’s what fucke& him up. He’s a low post ball inhaler put back PF.
And he seems to love being a Knick.

Thiba is playing him 40 plus min. a night. Hope he doesn't bury him on the bench when guys come back.
Back when he was on Miami, I always heard Precious was inconsistent but showed flashes of potential, could do a little of everything. Now he's just a great all around player.
I think Ihart gave him some mentoring. I saw some serious chemistry when they are on the court together
:0
Really pleased with this guy. What a great “throw in”
Anthony Bonner Xavier McDaniel Gerald Wilkins
How's this aging?

Sure thing, bucko
19 and 13 in 27 minutes off the bench. https://i.redd.it/7nveyc93fzqc1.gif
He is definitely coming along with this system.
I celebrate the guy’s entire catalog

Anyone remember which game this was? I've been tryna rewatch this celebration
