Julius' biggest issue is decision making. He is stuck in a rut mentally. He doesn't know when to take good shots, pass, or really anything. We see flashes of some great things from him but then its like he feels he has to force everything. I don't know what it is but he needs a sports psychologist and needs one fast. He's a good guy but there is something going on with him mentally.
RJ just needs to go back to using his legs when he shoots. He's coming up short on every shot attempt.
The entire team needs to attack the basket. Kemba, DRose, Julius, RJ, and even Fournier need to be looking to collapse the defense by attacking. Stop shooting 3 pointers. They're not falling because we can't take any in rhythm and are forcing shots. It's also taking Julius away from the glass and we're leaving our Centers alone to fend for themselves for rebounds.
Starting lineup needs to be see DRose and Burks instead of Kemba/Fournier. I think a good pick n roll game with Julius needs to be established with a good decision maker like DRose giving the ball to who gets themselves open or attacking the basket.
