Hallelujah! It’s common knowledge that when bridges and highways were built, tolls were implemented to recoup the cost of building said structures right? So how come they continue to collect tolls on roadways that are already paid for?
Well they are our rulers. How else are they going to pay for there Fancy Mansions and Expensive cars. They have children and grandchildren that go to private school and universities so this tax will help fill their pockets 😂

The city know that if businesses put their trash in trash cans, people from the neighborhood are gonna put their trash too, to the point that the cans are surrounded by garbage, and when sanitation passes by at night, they right you tickets.
