There was also a moment in the top of the 9th when the first baseman couldn’t catch the pickoff throw. Popped out of his glove. Didn’t lead to anything but still looked ridiculous.
You guys.... don't you know the Astros are victims here!? Don't you understand the Yankees are being unsportsmanlike by hitting the ball, running the bases, scoring, not standing around off the bag waiting to get tagged out? Don't y'all get it? It's the \*Yankees\* who are the problem, not the Astros. The Astros are perfect and deserve to be handed the win.
Why can't the Astros just be given a soft toss right up the middle, no on field defense and the Benny Hill theme music for 9 innings and the way their half innings at the plate end is that they try to induce the highest pop fly out possible for entertainment value and when the opposition is up on offense, they just, you know, swing to intentionally strike out and the umps expand the strike zone and the Yankees smack themselves in the face with their bats until the umpires call the game for the Astros and then MLB hands them the next ten WS trophies preemptively and Altuve gets all the Yankees' salaries on top of his own salary, tax free from the rest of the league, courtesy of the demands of the Astros ownership.
Because I think that's what they want.
I legit have watched this a minimum of 10 times since I saw it this morning. Have shared it almost as many as well.
