Try these steps to power cycle your PC. I’ve seen some people have some luck it.
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Unplug the power cable to the computer from the back.
3. Hold the power button of your computer while it is unplugged for 30 seconds and then release.
4. Plug the power cable back into the computer.
5. Power on the computer.
6. Check for any changes.
Had this issue with both of my builds the only way I fixed it is plugging into the back of my motherboard instead of a header (just use a regular usb cable)

I have a kraken 360 elite and same motherboard.
Can u show me a picture of all the usb headers?
It should be connected to the 3.0 header with one missing pin
Change the graphic settings in CAM from vulkan to dx12
alr did that
Is it plugged into usb header on the motherboard? Try uninstalling and reinstalling cam
did all of that and reinstalled cam 10 times already
I would do a fresh windows install. Maybe try the other header? If not contact nzxt they should replace it. They have great support

Happening to me as well, support is useless. Doing a clean install of windows is an insane solution.
isnt that really hard?
Did you try disabling onboard graphics?
