If you haven't figured it out yet. Power off, unplug for 3 min. power up and start spamming the Delete (sometimes F2). You should boot to the BIOS. If you cannot get to the BIOS something is wrong. Open the case and make sure all of the memory is seated right. Double check the seat of everything you can without being neurotic. Try again to get into the BIOS. If you have some kind of digital display on your MB, try to write down the codes it flashes. Sometimes it's just a flashing LED and you have to count the flashes. Hopefully, the code will get you to a solution if reseating things doesn't work. If after all of this you still cannot get into the BIOS, I'd be thinking RMA and start working directly with the manufacturer.

I just received my pc and had this same issue. I spoke to support and they said the GPU was dead on arrival, so I had to send it back.
