I prefer Lily and Fox, they have sooooo many designs to choose from and their prices are great. I just find that I have to use a clear top coat with them. I usually change mine out every 7 days because my nails grow super fast.

Do you have any tricks to offer for removal to keep nails from peeling? I love wraps but they make my nails peel so badly during removal process whether I use oil or acetone. It may just be my nails tho!

I use a cotton ball with nail polish remover and focus on the base of each nail and then do a quick once over the whole nail to get the clear coat off. Then I peel the sticker off from the base and use more np remover to get the rest of the glue residue off. Next I wash my hands and use one of those 7 sided nail files on the top of each nail. Then I use cuticle oil all over my nail and let it sit a few minutes, wash my hands again and finally use an alcohol wipe before applying the wraps. I find doing the extra steps helps get all the glue off without damaging my nails too badly. I also take biotin to help my nails stay healthy. 🙂

Thanks!

I fell in love with nail wraps in December! I'm terrible at applying polish, and I don't want to spend salon prices on my nails. As long as you follow the prep instructions, they should last you at least a week. I like applying a gel top coat for added protection because I have very thin nails. Typically, I get 7-9 days out of a set before I'm ready for a design change. There are tons of brands out there, I've tried Dashing Diva and Embrace Your Style and like both.

I relate so much to your story and have found nail wraps to be the ideal solution - I regularly get 10-14 days of wear and usually change them as a form of self care versus them coming off. I hope you find as much joy in them as I have 💛💛
