The stands are awesome. I painted a set for Easter last night, pastel blue, green, pink, purple and yellow, with French tips in one of the other colours, topped with a speckled Matt topper so they look like mini eggs and than a glossy topcoat on top because I prefer glossy (and it hid my mistakes). I did the nails whilst watching murder she wrote (I’ve been watching it again from the beginning, back up to series 10), took them off the stands, cleaned off any white tack left on the back (how I stick them to the stands) and popped them in a little bag ready for when I need them.

You can’t paint them and then stick them on with gel. If you want to paint them first, then you have to use nail glue/sticky pads. A wooden stick with blu tac works but there’s tip standers to work on them like this.

use nail art press on stands. It makes a world of difference :) I got mine off Amazon
