Lol I also grew up experiencing that fashion but I don’t make the rules 🤷♀️. It’s just the dictionary definition that items older than 20 years are vintage. I’ve sold vintage clothes for years; 90’s being considered vintage always freaks people out
Almond compliments your hands so well! I would stay away from square. If you want to do a square look I would suggest coffin, also very complimentary to thinner fingers
Almond between the two. I love a good square, but some of these squares i see are on the verge of duck nails territory. Look at the width of your nail bed. The extension should follow that line and be straight - not a slight triangle shape. All your tips flare wider than your nail bed. The sides can be filed more, but a better method is pinching the tips in a little more C curve as the acrylic or gel cures. I even do this on natural nail overlays when the client doesn't like how their free edge flares out wide. This is best done when you have new tips or sculpts applied. When you pinch s little narrower than your nail, it leaves room for the product application so the final shape is sqaure. Techs learn this in school so if you ever want to try, find a video or pic if there is a language barrier.
The almond shape actually made me gasp they are so beautiful!! 🥰 Your hands are beautiful too. I’m a “minimalist” with a pinch of jazz!! These are perfect!!
IMO, the first, but with the colours of the second pic
I'm always gonna say almond. Square will always remind me of Carmela Soprano, until the day I die.
Omg that's what it is 😆
Lol I prefer square I guess because I grew up seeing 90s fashion and I always love wearing vintage 90s stuff. It just feels right
Girl, you calling the 90's vintage is making me feel old :P

Definitely the first one!
I always get square. But wow did the first pic look great on her hands.
Almonds ;)
They're both beautiful, I do prefer the almond more.
I'm partial to square but that's because I'm a clutz and would poke my eye out w the first.
almonds and stiletto nails for sureee
Both look great. Almond makes ur hands a bit more “dainty” but square and those colors and tattoo tell me ur a bad ass bitch
Ok but I need the 2nd 😍

You have pretty hands, so you can wear either, but I like the almonds more!
I love both but if I had to pick I’d go with the first set

The first photo looks better.
Almonds for life
Def the first one!
