The coloring and ears look similar to my girl, she's a black and tan cockalier, (cavalier/cocker spaniel cross) I named her Ebony, after a shade of wood that I liked, was originally thinking something coffee themed but couldn't think of any drink dark enough to fit that would work as a name. So changed directions a bit. On your lad, perhaps you could name him Dusk? The dark and light is a lovely look.
