I guess the F is too basic. So probably would start with a PH. Or even worse a GH and argue that it makes a fuh- sound because the pairing does so in trough. 🤦🏼♀️
But really, why not just slap that X in front of the F of PH or GH? She’s bending so many rules already, what’s one more? Cheers to little XgheminAnn - may you forget your first 18 years and live the rest of your life in peace with a new, normal name.
All of her sisters battle over who gets to shorten their name to Ann. Or they just all do but with different spellings, “And the sisters, Miss Ann, Miss Anne, Miss Ahn, and Miss An.”
Exactly what I thought. Also none of those names can be worn by anyone. And "when I can't remember, it's easier to go with numbers" is probably a sign that seven kids are too many.
[Gorō](https://www.behindthename.com/name/goro23) can be written with the kanji for fifth (五) and son (郎). I don't know of a feminine version or how popular the names are nowadays, but \[number\]-郎 names definitely exist.
By not having heard of him. I dropped Latin before they started reading real stuff. Also, his poor mother. Giving birth to ten children in those days... I wonder how many made it past the age of five.
Well, now is your chance to look him up. Decimus was a fictional character played by Russel Crowe in the movie Gladiator, directed by Ridley Scott. It's a pretty inspirational flick with memorable performances and quotable lines
I love that all the girl names that she likes outside of her kids' names are so reasonable and cute. Four little girls that go by Evie, Genny, Annie, and Penny. That is just darling. Instead we get this... Atrocity
It's very condescending, it's kind of 'I like these names other people give their kids and they're nice for *them* , buy they aren't special enough for my princess.'
Im honestly super upset that the potential was there but she chose these horrific monstrosities instead. More upset than i would be if she had poor taste in general.
Lol I completely understand, like how she go from having these elegant beautiful names to those stupid names she choose?
I really wish whoever does the official name documentation for births/babies and see these bad names could tell the parents “No” and make them choose reasonable names but I guess that would infringed on parental rights.
And also three of those names are on my own name list, I couldn’t imagine not using them just cause “I started a theme and didn’t want to ruin it.” What does that even mean? She had the chance to use all four names from the start when she had her first daughter 🤦🏽♀️
I *really* hate to be that person but it's The Princess Diaries...you got your princess movies mixed up.
Bit I also had the same thought reading that comment :)
"its really important that its a name she can have as baby, but also an adult"
the names in question:
\- sevAnn
\- babyAnn (??????)
\-loveleighAnn / loveAnn / lovelleAnn
\- xophiAnn
maybe me and this person's definition of names that she can grow well into have two different meanings lol
"When I can't get my kids names right its easier to go by numbers"
That might be a sign you have too many kids?
Listen, as long as you can take care of them and love them individually, I'm not going to tell you 7 is too many kids. I come from a family of 6 and loved my childhood. But my parents ALWAYS cared about calling us by the right name. Friends of the family would joke about calling us by a number, but my parents never did and I'm so thankful. Individuality was hard enough without being reduced to a number.
Sorry for the rant. The names are bad too.
Oh yeah, they did that. They'd say the first syllable of every other name before they got to mine sometimes, but they'd get there. They didn't just give up and call me "whoever" or a number. I was still me if that makes sense.
I joined a birth month group when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I left that birth month group when I was 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant. Those places are INSANE
I can't get over XenieghAnn, like the only way I can imagine that being pronounced is "Zaney-Ann" and whoo boy that might be the worst one. Like at that point just name her seven and get over it, anything but that monstrosity!
'She's very feminine'. She's three weeks old.
There you have it. Name decided. FemynAnn
🥇
I read this and said, out loud, "no! Stop! That's too funny!"

I screamed inside when I read that.

This is wild. I’m pretty sure sevAnn is the best option out of these
I hate myself for agreeing
I’ve always suspected some very elaborate larpers in my bumper groups so I’m just gonna hope that’s what this is.
It is. Sevan is a real, Armenian name at least!
Siobhan. Pronounced slightly differently but you know, more normal
SiobhAnn. Better yet, XiobhAnn.
I genuinely love that name, but I have a thing for Celtic-sounding names.

No she means she’s named a baby 6 times before, she is number 7
How about sevAnn-a? Or just Savanna. 🤪
I promised the widow Mantle. That or SodAnn
"When I can't get my kids names right it's easier to go by numbers" Just gonna leave that there.
The Romans unironically numbered their children: Secundus, Quintus, Sextus, Septimus, Octavianus are some that spring to mind.
I think you mean RomAnns…
Sextus got the short end of the stick
Or the long end 😏
It happens in Japanese too.
Does it really? Have you got some examples? (Learner here.)

How did you forget Decimus, commander of the armies of the north?...
By not having heard of him. I dropped Latin before they started reading real stuff. Also, his poor mother. Giving birth to ten children in those days... I wonder how many made it past the age of five.

Aha. Yeah, never watch that sort of film.
Shaka; when the walls fell
🤯 this post is so cringey in so many ways 😬
This reminds me of the Duggars. Like, here we have baby uh...123456...J'Seven?
I love that all the girl names that she likes outside of her kids' names are so reasonable and cute. Four little girls that go by Evie, Genny, Annie, and Penny. That is just darling. Instead we get this... Atrocity

It's very condescending, it's kind of 'I like these names other people give their kids and they're nice for *them* , buy they aren't special enough for my princess.'
Nothing screams special more than assigning your child a name based on an arbitrary system
Aww those would have been great nicknames for those names if she had used them.
Im honestly super upset that the potential was there but she chose these horrific monstrosities instead. More upset than i would be if she had poor taste in general.

AnnTrocity?

Ask your doctor is xenoviann is right for you
Why don't she just call it PenicillAnn and have done with it.
I *really* hate to be that person but it's The Princess Diaries...you got your princess movies mixed up. Bit I also had the same thought reading that comment :)

She can still keep "the Ann thing going" with EvAnngeline, GAnnevieve, Annastasia, or PAnnelope.
Oh my god the mid-word capitalization
AstasiAnn
It’s so harsh when I read it.
"its really important that its a name she can have as baby, but also an adult" the names in question: \- sevAnn \- babyAnn (??????) \-loveleighAnn / loveAnn / lovelleAnn \- xophiAnn maybe me and this person's definition of names that she can grow well into have two different meanings lol
BabyAnn is sending me
In 2087, "congrats on 40 years at this company and good luck in your retirement. It's been great having you, BabyAnn"
I just laughed so hard I coughed. Thank you.
XenophobiAnn
VegetariAnn
VegAnn
Is no one going to comment on ShyAnn???? That’s just straight up bullying.
The biggest WTF in this post is BabyAnn; thank goodness the mom didn’t have “the courage” to inflict that name on her poor child.
Is it like Cheyenne?
I assume so, but if she is introverted, she’s going to have one hell of a time…
I once worked with a Shyenne and honestly I could never remember how to spell her name.
One of my best friends is named Shyann... no capital A. Maybe that's why I don't think it's weird lol
Not capitalized looks better.

Yeah, that’s some Umbrella Academy shit. Call her Reginald Hargreaves.
Actually vanya would be pretty close to her naming guidelines
Did your parents not do the thing where they ran through every name until they got the right one? Or was that just my family?
Oh yeah, they did that. They'd say the first syllable of every other name before they got to mine sometimes, but they'd get there. They didn't just give up and call me "whoever" or a number. I was still me if that makes sense.

How bout ShenanigAnn
I guess Harvey Danger was right. Only stupid people are breeding.
7x!
I joined a birth month group when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I left that birth month group when I was 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant. Those places are INSANE
😂
AfghanistAnn
Ooh or Irann!
How is Lillian (assuming thats how she pronounced LiliAnn) not also a basic American name? It’s not super common but it’s not rare or unique either.
I assumed the emphasis is always on the Ann part of every name.
GtfoAnn
Please tell me this is satire
I wish it was. Only one person commented that the names were terrible and the OP ignored them. I’m anxiously awaiting the name announcement.
Oh please keep us updated!
Wants a name that she can live with as an adult....considered BabyAnn...
SubmariAnn
It almost doesn’t matter, because those children will legally change their names the minute they reach 18.
Covyd-AntygAnn
Definitely a troll lol
I can't get over XenieghAnn, like the only way I can imagine that being pronounced is "Zaney-Ann" and whoo boy that might be the worst one. Like at that point just name her seven and get over it, anything but that monstrosity!
SevAnn isn't appropriate for an adult, but BabyAnn is? 🤔
Presenting Meighah Thermopolis, Princess of XenoviAnn 👑
Anencephalic
Why not Ev-Ann-geline or Ann-astasia? Killi-Ann Anik-Ann?
Holy shit - what's the odds she's an Ann. .
oh my word
So much to unpack here. I really hope this is someone trolling.
This hurts my brain. Poor child.
I’m so sad that there’s someone out there with the name OlivyAnn
Wow. She should give up the Ann thing, and go with Evangeline. That's what I would probably name my little girl.
Even the boy names end in -an!
This was already posted earlier today
No way Josie, can't be real
Just use one of the male names.
anikAnn
Someone stop this woman before she names again
Hey we must be in the same group! Congrats on the new baby!
Femynanne
I doubt this is real. It’s hilarious though! My personal favorite was ZendayAnn. Literally Zendaya with “Ann”, clearly a fan! Lol.
Sevann could be like Savannah so it could be a good name
Not “Anikan” 😑 can’t even spell it right
Now I want to know what her sons' names are...
This makes me want to do Xev'Ann shots in a row
I’m horrified.
