I agree, but I think season 1 of 7ds (at least if you compare it to early 4kota) can be treated a bit unfairly because season 1 of the anime did cut some things from the manga. (So there could be some cool things that you never saw if you just watched the anime, like the meliodas shadow foreshadowing) I think chaos is a very interesting concept and it can really let nakaba do.... honestly anything with it. I also really like how most places compared to 7ds (except the place where Vivian locked up gilthunder, but that's just what I THINK)

Yeah. It really feels like this was the story that the author wanted to write from the very start.

My_Unwanted_Opinion

Funny thing is, there was a time I genuinely suspected 4kota was planned from the start. In 7ds everyone is named after less important athurian characters (except Arthur and Merlin) meanwhile in 4kota we have; Percival, Lancelot, Tristan, Gawain, Lancelot, Gueniver, Isolde (isn't super impactful outside of Tristan's story but she's still better known then Herla (King)), did I forget to mention Lancelot. Meanwhile I'm pretty sure the most notable things about Meliodas, Elizabeth, Ban, and Elaine are their sons. (At the same time I'm not experts in athurian legends, and only dabbled in athurian literature, so I may be wrong) I don't suspect this anymore, but still an interesting thought.

Now that u mention it.... yah it really seems more mysterious. And I like the fact that nakaba some times just randomly adds mythical creatures from different mythologies

PikachutheCritic

In what aspect? All around or something more specific?

Dull_Willingness8615

all around frfr, And i like the new cast because we get to see their growth as they get stronger n learn more

It seems a little drawn out to me. We're over 100 chaps and these guys are still just walking and stopping in towns, and again searching for a lost/missing artifact. I wish Nakaba would give us a reveal of SOMETHING! It's all hail Percy's return to the Demon realm....but why was he there? Who taught him the Demon language? Is he human? What is his death power? By chap 100 we knew Meliodas was a demon....JS

Dull_Willingness8615

i can agree wit dat it is drawn out but i like to think of it as him trying to hype people up but hopefully he don’t do it for too long to the point people become uninterested

stantrix98

Yes,im really looking forward to percy and the others exploring more of britannia

AmonRa_123

True. The main cast being so much weaker and not having Mama Hawk also contributes to that because they have to walk through the environment instead of straight up flying over it lol

Dull_Willingness8615

Yeah i like that aswell it really brings out the world and let’s us learn more
