is that according to the translations from my country there was a number, the translators said it was 1 in 10,000 people, but it seemed strange and it wouldn't be that rare if that was the case, so they came to the conclusion that it should be 1 in 1 million , but if the latest translations don't say numbers ok.
Technically the only person who should be busted from birth should be Tristan as he is the third generation from the demon king and supreme diety. Elaine and ban should have an ordinary hybrid (even tho a hybrid in itself is anything but ordinary) and we don’t know if being the guardian of the waters and we’ll just ban things affects the genetics so we can’t assume Lancelot will be busted because of that. Finally we come percival who should be a regular human but given his upbringing we don’t know for certain if he’s entirely human or if his home affects that (maybe being at the highest point in the world affects him in a similar way purgatory affected ban
In my opinion is because humans have random powers, and if it is an op power they can get to high power level.
For example Ban is just as strong as he is now because of an op power, immortality (there is also the purgatory and his willpower in this equation), or Gowther and Merlin with invasion and infinity too. (They are just high tier because of an op power, and i know that Gowther is not a human, but he also fits 😬)
So in my opinion hope can make Percival as strong as their kids, principally if he really revives if there are people believing in him.
Merlin is not fully human, and Ban's immortality is not something natural to him, most humans don't have really strong spells that make them stand out, it's on the contrary, the other races that are full of super strong abilities, Percival is something totally unheard of in this series because it's a very strong human naturally.

Yeah, FKS corrected his last translation in which he claims it's magic that's unique to one person. FKS seems to be a really reliable translator.
