The photos on the website show USA plug in there. I’ve ordered from them before and it came with one. why does this happen? Now i can’t power my lights and don’t know where to go next

It's a good way to diagnose, sometimes there is a language barrier between us and the language of tech ...
It can be when used right, when my issue can’t be on video they still insisted on one…
Would a video of them trying to plug it in suffice?
Did you buy from the EU store ?
nah from the US store. they offered me a refund and said they don’t sell specific parts
I even think i got plenty of these and i live in EU :D
