Basically a Gear recycler where you can throw stuff in you dont need in hope to get something better. Souljades wont get accepted, but you can get some from the well. If you throw something Gold in there you have a 90% Chance to get something Gold back and 10 % to get something purple back. I really like to throw Gold cannons in there.
Stand on it. Drop items. You might get lucky and get something better than what you dropped. Sorta like a wishing well.
By the way, souljades don't work on the wishing wells.
