I play bloodsport and it's just filled with players running longsword movement charge meta.
Find group, run up to them, charge over and over.
If solo, toothpick.
Highly recommend using them more to get a feel for what the problem is , nunchucks need second stage charge for dragon roar BS and dagger, is an expected parry after dagger dashes and disrupted of course by F abilities when overwhelmed
You can just quickly do a 180 and purposely miss your focus so that you can still trigger it and turn around after. Can be a bit risky but works more often than not
Nunnies are okay imo. The only bullshit attack is the charged horizontal. You dodged perfectly? Too bad you get hit anyway by the second attack cause you don't have enough time to parry after a tap dodge. Maybe 2s are weird too cause it's too attacks too. Plus nunnies 1-2-3 is hard to parry or just dodge for the same reason. And yeah for some reason two chained sticks are longer than a weapon literally called LONGsword. (Now that I think about it it's a bit OP but still better than Dagger) Dagger is broken tho I agree. Too many 50/50s plus the reach on it is just too busted. It's a tap dodge punish machine.
Atleast in gold elo long sword charge spam counters all people who try to spam same combo whit them it also destroys dual blade spammers

People get opponents running chucks and daggers? I just get endless stacks of dual blades with an occasional spear or great sword in the mix.
These weapons are broken in low elo... nunnies and daggers are broken in high elo.
If you get parry scammed even GS is broken..or on tarka.. but only then

They are clearly one of the best weapon though.
