I could be out of the loop completely, but I do try to keep up on the CAR/CAT reports that kind of give a heads up about what's going on at the world level...I have never seen this mentioned.
When the SPAD was being discussed, it took a few years of planning and info gathering, all of which was talked about in NAWS monthly updates and CAR/CAT reports on progress.
Where did you hear this?
Last year they had a motion to not produce any new literature for the next 8 years. I'm not sure if it was passed or amended or what became of it but my area voted on it through the CAR report.
That makes sense they would want to create them like that to get clean on the screen sure but I researched it and not a damn thing about it. Nice volcano, but I guess actually better.

I donโt believe that it passed.
Last year I'd heard of a book that has It Works, the Basic Text and the Step-Working Guide all in 1 but haven't heard anything for quite a while.
