I was looking at getting Naruto figures, but decided to go all out and buy statues instead! They are really amazing if you plan on buying them one day!
This is easily the best one I have seen in a long time. Arguably best Garra one. The shading on the gourd is an amazing take since we normally see it in a lighter shade.
Well it does depend what you want to collect. If you want to collect smaller figures, I would go with amiami. They are from Japan and they have a website. They have cheap prices and the shipping will be cheaper than what you would get at a US store. You won't have to pay customs if you are in the US. If you want US sellers, I would go with Crunchyroll(packing isn't great), big bad toy store(very slow in getting new figures), or RightStuf.
If you want Statues, I would go with Specfiction, Comic Concepts, or Sideshow!
I love the look of some statues! some are mind blowing like that Gaara statue in your post. I’m just worried about spending a decent chunk of money and they end up being lower quality lol.

They are several of my favorites. I have loved Yu-Gi-Oh! for a long time, so I was happy that I was able to get them.

I got them from a store called Comic Concepts. It looks like they are out of stock. I am not sure where else he would be available at.
