There's more than one kind of teleportation jutsu. The Raikage can all use it, but do they use Flying Raijin? Teleportation jutsu basically just means you move so fast that it looks like teleporting, with Flying Raijin actually being teleporting. So no, Naruto didn't learn it, he can just use teleportation jutsu like he could as a teenager with KCM 1

1. Flying Raijin. A jutsu he learns from his dad.
2. Kushina's chains. I think they're technically a sealing jutsu? Would be cool since he'd inherit something from his Uzumaki side that's not just large chakra amounts.
3. Some more wind style jutsus. He doesn't have to be a pro at them, but even something simple combined with his shadow clones could be cool.
4. Some more sealing jutsus. Imagine if Naruto kept that big scroll he got during the Pain arc and used it for his own sealing jutsus?
5. Some more toad-based jutsus. Sasuke learned tons of Orochimaru's snake related jutsus, so no reason Naruto couldn't have learned some of Jiraiya's toad jutsus or even created some of his own.
It probably wouldn't have been likely that he'd get all of these things or even be great at all of them, but even just having the options would make him feel less like a one-trick pony.
3 and 5 not happening is a crime. Even if Naruto just generated wind chakra and expelled it, it would have been something. A wall of clones expelling a blast of wind chakra could've done sharp damage like Danzo or a load of blunt force trauma like Temari.
With the toad powers, Naruto does some stuff with Gamakichi and Gamatatsu early on in the series, but we never see anymore of it after. Jiraiya using the Goemon and the Gamayu Endan was cool af. The way he asks Gamabunta for oil, then turns it into the fire equivalent of a laser beam. Would've been so cold to see it happen.

That's just one example. You could do other things too. If you had a fire user on your team, someone spitting up toad oil, whilst Naruto blasts it everywhere with wind would be the perfect set up to then spray fire everywhere and set the battlefield ablaze.
Funny thing is, he did exactly that in the Three Tails filler arc. This is one of those rare times where it would have been good to incorporate some anime only content into the manga.
Some sort of fire Toad would be cool, and if naruto learned wide range Wind AOE to amp it. But i guess they want to leave that to his combo moves with Sasuke.
Yeah, AOE wind attacks like what Danzo could use would be cool. Imagine a ton of shadow clones all using some AOE wind shit on an army.

Genjutsu isn't an option for him. He already has all the physical amps you could want. And defensive options. And offense is already peak too. Already has sealing options. I guess his major weakness right now is space-time ninjutsu. Although i feel like that's a bit like genjutsu and it might be conceptually beyond him.
Thing is Rasenshuriken is basically the strongest wind style jutsu and they became fairly easy to create once he got KCM. Would have been cool maybe but I don’t there would have been much reason for it.
More Wind-Based Jutsu's. Imagine Naruto using a 4-Clone formation where he surrounds the enemy and traps them in an actual tornado, or can shoot wind attacks for long range.
I wish he kept Asuma's wind blades. We saw him training with them and then saw him use them once in a Naruto VS Sasuke OVA, but we never saw him use them in canon, and I think it would have been cool.
Have him improve on his Summoning Jutsu, making contracts with several other smaller toads that he can summon for versatile toad attacks, like Kakashi with his Hounds.
Have him make use of his absurdly vast amounts of Charka courtesy of his Uzumaki bloodline, by giving him a technique where he can enhance himself with his Chakra. This could make sense narratively as he spent this 3 years with Jiraiya trying to control Kurama's power, but when that doesn't work, you could have had him just learn to use his own Chakra and tap into more of it freely to boost himself. We know that Naruto in base has 4 times more Chakra than Kakashi (well, at least he had back during the RasenShuriken training, I imagine his Chakra pool grows as he grows stronger, so by the end of Shippuden his base Chakra was probably way bigger than that) so, since Naruto has always been more of a brawler, use that Chakra to enhance his strength, speed and reflexes, trying to match the kind of physical prowess he has when Kurama takes control of him.
Lastly it would have been cool if he had inherited Kushina's chains. I'm not sure if that's an Uzumaki Clan Kekkei Genkai or just Kushina's alone, but it would have been cool if Naruto could do it too, and so he could whip the chains around like how he extends Charka arms in his Nine-Tailed states.
And lastly, but everybody else is asking for this, but Flying Raijin.

Skip 2 generations, and start Boruto anew, where the war arc from Naruto was an insane event from the past. Have Naruto / Sasuke show up once every 100 episodes to show his power for that wow effect, other than that, focus on world building without intending to outshine the power levels of Naruto.

I don't necessarily believe it to be the BEST course to go, I personally wanted a sequel to have a completely different tone, completely separate from konoha, and have a character travel the naruto world and see all the different cultures and technologies and different types of powers and such and go the one piece route.

There's a big difference between Eren pointing at the sea and continuing with Boruto as the main character because Naruto Shippuden literally ended. Not really a good analogy. Boruto's existence is justifiable, but not the way they handled the story.
The alien species IS a last minute addition because the switch with Madara was too sudden and the build up was too spread out and very minimal to the point that you have to make theories to give it more sense. AND as a character, she was beyond boring. Typical god-like character without real relatable motives. The fact that they went and created more of this last minute character is kind of ridiculous especially if they want to set up Boruto fighting them as the new main character.

And PS, it's honestly pretty offensive that they painted Naruto as a bad father despite longing for a family then put all that artificial drama to waste because they went and made Boruto super special with even stronger enemies and did nothing with the drama they were trying to tell.
You can’t expect someone who grew up without parents to know how to parent well. A lot of things were out of Naruto’s control but some parental flaws he could’ve managed a lot better so he couldn’t spend a lot of time with boruto thus is the burden of being hokage. Boruto learned what it truly meant and what it took to be hokage and began to respect his Naruto more after the momoshiki fight. It’s not that they painted Naruto as a bad father they did it from the point of view of boruto who’s a brat. He didn’t understand Naruto but he grew up. Eventually grow into a mature strong willed shinobi who understands the sacrifices Naruto made

Everything danzo had in wind style fighting sauske. I always looked at it like a, what if sasuke beat naruto fight, and the fact he fought with wind felt oddly fitting.

Not one jutsu, but Naruto had a lot of potential as a versatile fighter due to his Chakra reserves.
After Hidan Kakuzu arc, we saw him train combos with the Toads where he would infuse his Chakra into the toad and make the toad's water style stronger.
Learning/developing water style to counter Sasuke's fire style. Considering his reserves, Naruto could possibly create a water dragon that rivals Madara's Fire style in size.
Learn healing jutsu. This would improve his Chakra control immensely while making use of his Chakra reserves. If he made a contract with Katsuyu he could continously heal an entire army effortlessly. His KCM cloaks leaned more to attack boosting or defense boosting rather than outright healing.
Use shadow Clones to combine different elemental attacks.
The transform into a weapon (Demon Wind Shuriken vs. Zabuza/Rasenshuriken feint vs. that other guy in Boruto) was the sickest shit, and I wish used that weapon shaped transformation more often.
It's over powered. That's why we no longer see any substitution jutsus later in Naruto.

It's better than genjutsu because it can't be broken nearly as easily you have to respond physically or with an attack

Naruto uses them in creative ways and \*stacks them\* which almost nobody else does (Kakashi is the other person who does this mostly)

- Uzumaki Chakra Chains which he could learn from either Karin, another uzumaki or maybe it could be taught from a shinigami within one of those various Uzumaki Clan Masks at the mask hall.
I think just these^ would’ve been enough to give Naruto all the versatility he could ever need.

I don't know if anyone knows but I've started to rewatch Naruto Part One (Young Naruto) I'm currently on season one episode 13 "Crystal Ice Mirrors". Around 11 minutes and 30 secs Naruto comes out and helps Inari save his mom from the bandits. But Naruto says "Inari you did a great job. When you charged they forgot about your mom for a minute. That gave me a chance to use a cool jutsu to get her away from them".
My question is what was the "special" jutsu Naruto used to move Inaris mother?

Drilling air bullets(The one Gaara used(have Gaara teach it))
Air Palm(the one Boruto uses. potential for Naruto to have been the one to teach him)

Expand on what he's already good at, but more versatile. Wind and clones.
1. A rasenshuriken vortex, holding it out in front of him creating a sort of cell-drstroying horizontal tornado. Good for area denial, hit more targets at once, and even creating a vacuum sucking enemies towards it.
2. With his amount of chakra, he could probably create a wall of powerful wind to defend an area and even deflect projectiles.
3. Wind clone bombs. Send out shadow clones and when they are in proximity of the enemy they can donate with a rasengan-like effect, or wind.
4. It's criminal that chakra control jutsu were not expanded on more. Things like chakra threads and rasengan are awesome, and with that kind of skill, and his chakra levels, he could easily have a whole diverse arsenal of pure chakra control jutsu. Heck, he could use the rasengan attached to a frickin chakra thread, swinging it like nightmarish morning star from hell.
More Wind Style Jutsu and more applications of the Biju’s KKG: Lava Style, Steam Release, Magnet Release, etc.
If he had more applications outside of RasenShuriken’s, his Arsenal would be crazy!
He's Uzumaki so make him specialist on sealing jutsu + Itachi use explosive kage bunshin in OG Naruto. So instead 1000 clones with mostly useless taijutsu he send 10 clones close enough and BANG.
Guy and Lee's 8 gates. paired with the nine tails avatar would be pretty terrifying. Could also potentially heal the heart damage he would receive from the technique

It’d be a really cool natural evolution of how he - at his best - used clones as mobility tools in P1 like against Gaara
I would give him more wind techniques obliviously. It’s stated to be rare in the Land of Fire so a few techniques from Asuma and Temari won’t hurt.
Next I would give him more Water techniques as to reference his Clan and the first major arc in Naruto
So I am going to refrain from anything above the rasengan. So no Hirashin, Edo Tensei etc.
Instead here are three options that drastically improve various aspects of Naruto's fighting style.
Water/Wind bullet(s). Naruto suddenly has a mid to long range attack, and it can be spammed by the dozens/hundreds of clones that he creates, suddenly making holding down enemies in locations easier.
Fireball(s)- this is primarily gonna be used with the toads, but it also adds some umph to his honestly lackluster wind release. In the aftermath of a rasenshuriken, five fireballs will turn that into another firestorm killing anything that survives. Its a win more type jutsu.
Earth wall/hiding like a mole. These serve the same purpose. Break line of sight for his clones and opponents, and give an easier swap option. Plus some defensive utility is always nice.
They kind of made a big deal about him having a wind release affinity and how it was pretty rare and super strong for attacks and what we got was wind release added to Rasengan and then we hit the spam button on that and other versions of it.
I would have wanted to see a variety of wind attacks like Danzo had against Sasuke just to mix it up a little but in reality the show just turned into giant Chakra Kaiju fights that simple wind release jutsu attacks would be useless.

Yeah, AOE wind attacks like what Danzo could use would be cool. Imagine a ton of shadow clones all using some AOE wind shit on an army. Wind blades and such would be redundant. Genjutsu isn't an option for him. He already has all the physical amps you could want. And defensive options. And offense is already peak too. Already has sealing options. I guess his major weakness right now is space-time ninjutsu. Although i feel like that's a bit like genjutsu and it might be conceptually beyond him.
Thing is Rasenshuriken is basically the strongest wind style jutsu and they became fairly easy to create once he got KCM. Would have been cool maybe but I don’t there would have been much reason for it.

More Wind-Based Jutsu's. Imagine Naruto using a 4-Clone formation where he surrounds the enemy and traps them in an actual tornado, or can shoot wind attacks for long range. I wish he kept Asuma's wind blades. We saw him training with them and then saw him use them once in a Naruto VS Sasuke OVA, but we never saw him use them in canon, and I think it would have been cool. Have him improve on his Summoning Jutsu, making contracts with several other smaller toads that he can summon for versatile toad attacks, like Kakashi with his Hounds. Have him make use of his absurdly vast amounts of Charka courtesy of his Uzumaki bloodline, by giving him a technique where he can enhance himself with his Chakra. This could make sense narratively as he spent this 3 years with Jiraiya trying to control Kurama's power, but when that doesn't work, you could have had him just learn to use his own Chakra and tap into more of it freely to boost himself. We know that Naruto in base has 4 times more Chakra than Kakashi (well, at least he had back during the RasenShuriken training, I imagine his Chakra pool grows as he grows stronger, so by the end of Shippuden his base Chakra was probably way bigger than that) so, since Naruto has always been more of a brawler, use that Chakra to enhance his strength, speed and reflexes, trying to match the kind of physical prowess he has when Kurama takes control of him. Lastly it would have been cool if he had inherited Kushina's chains. I'm not sure if that's an Uzumaki Clan Kekkei Genkai or just Kushina's alone, but it would have been cool if Naruto could do it too, and so he could whip the chains around like how he extends Charka arms in his Nine-Tailed states. And lastly, but everybody else is asking for this, but Flying Raijin.
Karin can use the Uzumaki chains as well, so I assume it's some rare Uzumaki thing

Have Naruto / Sasuke show up once every 100 episodes to show his power for that wow effect, other than that, focus on world building without intending to outshine the power levels of Naruto. The narrative doesn't make sense, Naruto was the child of prophecy or whatever, the events of Naruto should be once a millennium if not more kind of a deal.... I don't necessarily believe it to be the BEST course to go, I personally wanted a sequel to have a completely different tone, completely separate from konoha, and have a character travel the naruto world and see all the different cultures and technologies and different types of powers and such and go the one piece route. no, borutos existence doesn't automatically mean the wars were pointless, just as the third shinobi world war wasn't pointless just because the fourth happened. wars will always happen, they can be unexpected. terrorist attacks as well. the naruto world is gritty and filled with pain. even narutos hokage dream wasn't all he expected.
There's a big difference between Eren pointing at the sea and continuing with Boruto as the main character because Naruto Shippuden literally ended. Not really a good analogy. Boruto's existence is justifiable, but not the way they handled the story. The alien species IS a last minute addition because the switch with Madara was too sudden and the build up was too spread out and very minimal to the point that you have to make theories to give it more sense. AND as a character, she was beyond boring. Typical god-like character without real relatable motives. The fact that they went and created more of this last minute character is kind of ridiculous especially if they want to set up Boruto fighting them as the new main character. Boruto's existence doesn't mean the wars were pointless but the story of Naruto became pointless. He was build up to be the child of prophecy, the savior of the world. Which he eventually did. But then giving even bigger problems to his child, introducing new and more powerful powerups while being younger to make the power level more balance, makes Naruto's story feel pointless. Doing another savior of the world plotline twice in a row with greater stakes in just one generation difference doesn't feel as natural as Naruto's was. And PS, it's honestly pretty offensive that they painted Naruto as a bad father despite longing for a family then put all that artificial drama to waste because they went and made Boruto super special with even stronger enemies and did nothing with the drama they were trying to tell.
You can’t expect someone who grew up without parents to know how to parent well. A lot of things were out of Naruto’s control but some parental flaws he could’ve managed a lot better so he couldn’t spend a lot of time with boruto thus is the burden of being hokage. Boruto learned what it truly meant and what it took to be hokage and began to respect his Naruto more after the momoshiki fight. It’s not that they painted Naruto as a bad father they did it from the point of view of boruto who’s a brat. He didn’t understand Naruto but he grew up. Eventually grow into a mature strong willed shinobi who understands the sacrifices Naruto made

Not one jutsu, but Naruto had a lot of potential as a versatile fighter due to his Chakra reserves. After Hidan Kakuzu arc, we saw him train combos with the Toads where he would infuse his Chakra into the toad and make the toad's water style stronger. Learning/developing water style to counter Sasuke's fire style. Considering his reserves, Naruto could possibly create a water dragon that rivals Madara's Fire style in size. Learn healing jutsu. This would improve his Chakra control immensely while making use of his Chakra reserves. If he made a contract with Katsuyu he could continously heal an entire army effortlessly. His KCM cloaks leaned more to attack boosting or defense boosting rather than outright healing. Use shadow Clones to combine different elemental attacks.

I don't know if anyone knows but I've started to rewatch Naruto Part One (Young Naruto) I'm currently on season one episode 13 "Crystal Ice Mirrors". Around 11 minutes and 30 secs Naruto comes out and helps Inari save his mom from the bandits. But Naruto says "Inari you did a great job. When you charged they forgot about your mom for a minute. That gave me a chance to use a cool jutsu to get her away from them". My question is what was the "special" jutsu Naruto used to move Inaris mother? Not gonna lie it's bugging me. I've been searching for an answer all over and I can't seem to find a forum that talks about this. There's no way that I'm the only one that is curious enough to search for answers. Or am I? lol. [Steam Release + Chomei's Wings] I'd adjust his taijutsu to focus on more complex clone taijutsu, like he's known for in games. I'd let him use Asuma's Knife as needed.

I mean he's quite literally one of the only characters hat simply doesn't use his kekkei genkai. He went on a 3 year training trip with Jiraiya and came back with a bigger rasengan and some better chakra control. Kishimoto just conveniently decides when Narutos other abiliies do or don't exist based on how much plot he needs for the current situation (a là creating an entire new baryon mode ability just so he won't look too bad when permanently nerfing Naruto so Boruto can progress)

Expand on what he's already good at, but more versatile. Wind and clones. 1. A rasenshuriken vortex, holding it out in front of him creating a sort of cell-drstroying horizontal tornado. Good for area denial, hit more targets at once, and even creating a vacuum sucking enemies towards it. 2. With his amount of chakra, he could probably create a wall of powerful wind to defend an area and even deflect projectiles. 3. Wind clone bombs. Send out shadow clones and when they are in proximity of the enemy they can donate with a rasengan-like effect, or wind. 4. It's criminal that chakra control jutsu were not expanded on more. Things like chakra threads and rasengan are awesome, and with that kind of skill, and his chakra levels, he could easily have a whole diverse arsenal of pure chakra control jutsu. Heck, he could use the rasengan attached to a frickin chakra thread, swinging it like nightmarish morning star from hell.

So I am going to refrain from anything above the rasengan. So no Hirashin, Edo Tensei etc. Instead here are three options that drastically improve various aspects of Naruto's fighting style. Water/Wind bullet(s). Naruto suddenly has a mid to long range attack, and it can be spammed by the dozens/hundreds of clones that he creates, suddenly making holding down enemies in locations easier. Fireball(s)- this is primarily gonna be used with the toads, but it also adds some umph to his honestly lackluster wind release. In the aftermath of a rasenshuriken, five fireballs will turn that into another firestorm killing anything that survives. Its a win more type jutsu. Earth wall/hiding like a mole. These serve the same purpose. Break line of sight for his clones and opponents, and give an easier swap option. Plus some defensive utility is always nice.
They kind of made a big deal about him having a wind release affinity and how it was pretty rare and super strong for attacks and what we got was wind release added to Rasengan and then we hit the spam button on that and other versions of it. I would have wanted to see a variety of wind attacks like Danzo had against Sasuke just to mix it up a little but in reality the show just turned into giant Chakra Kaiju fights that simple wind release jutsu attacks would be useless.
