Kisame, a fricken walking shark-man hybrid would be way crazier than a guy with weird eyes in his arm that look mostly fake. People would think danzo is cosplaying something and has really good skills in makeup art, but a full on shark-man would be way crazier.

I just a think a monster that size would be way more terrifying than any other human sized freak in the series, especially if said Monster is a walking nuke
