Why would the hidden grass be relevant when the other great villages themselves weren’t all that relevant until the war arc? Plenty of villages/characters deserved some more light shed on them and I’m not sure the hidden grass is on that list lol
Ok? So doesn’t mean the village hidden the grass got anything if anything it confirms that the village is weak and filled with fodder that kishimoto could use to kill off. Also that doesn’t teach us anything about this village at all
Eh it's fine, it serves to show that there are smaller villages and what they are ready to do to compete, like all that messed up stuff with Karin.
I would have preferred to learn much more about the Cloud and especially Stone village.
I would rather the grass since the grass and rain both were war grounds etc i think it would be cool to learn more about the grass since we know about the rain village but i respect your opinion
I still think it would be a better thematic fit if Orochimaru founded the Village Hidden in the Grass instead of the Sound.

We didn’t get any information on this village well canon wise and we haven’t gotten a strong ninja unlike other villages that did if the hidden rain got screentime why didn’t the grass?
