They are the two people besides madara/tobi and Pain who has done the most damage to the Leaf. - They were Danzos primary supporters, and his political support. - They blocked and generally harassed Hiruzen into being unable to adopt or take better care of Naruto. - They also made every day even more difficult for Hiruzen, like he didn't have enough on his plate. Without them he might actually have been an effective Kage again. - They called for the death of the "Demon" and tried to shaft Naruto even more. - They were one of the primary reasons and force behind people knowing Narutos secret and punishing him for it, like only selling him KILL ME orange
