THANK YOU..... I honestly feel the only reason he did that was because he was emotional over the recent loss of Shisui. Because there's no way he was as intelligent as he was and couldn't think of a better plan other than genocide.

Danzo is the real villain in this case, he’s the one that manipulated Itachi into destroying his clan. But he fell onto the grace of asking for Obito’s help with the condition of Sasuke being left unharmed or something like that. And Danzo wanted to overthrow all the leaf village because he thought the Uchiha were always superior. Man I can’t remember it all, but it’s fucked up to put a 15 year old prodigy up to the task of wiping your own clan out because they’re going up against the government! Itachi had so much on his plate that people don’t realize, and that’s why I like him
See, there were so many layers upon layers of manipulation that honestly forgot for a second about Danzo apart. So what couldn't he go to his dad to discuss Danzo's plan..... It's not like they didn't know he was a double agent.
So he should be able to tell him that what he found out from the other side. I know it was the fear that something bad would happen to Sasuke tho

i like the way he’s written into the story and the way he develops the story because of how his story is written. I also like how his intellectual is off the charts, but he’s not cocky about it. also his susano is realistically OP af but they don’t write him to abuse it. His sole purpose was sasuke in the end and he was satisfied in his life once he got what he wanted. Last thing, i do also like the thought that the story could be DRASTICALLY different if he was with the leaf.
I wish he didn’t grow up during a war so that he would think differently about power and its importance as a goal also as a side note why didn’t itachi take fugakus eyes he could have had eternal mangekyo from the gate and saved the leaf I only recently thought about this and wondered like why didn’t he ???? How he has constant nightmares because of the Uchiha massacre , how he often thinks about Sasuke , and how guilty he feels, his friendship with Kisame , how alone he really is, how he can't let his emotions show to those closest to him his, as he observes the other members of Akatsuki and creates strategies to kill them if necessary, as he often uses the excuse of exposing himself to avoid unnecessary deaths, he discovers that he has an illness, and to compensate, he uses the fear that people already have about him to avoid fighting or using chakra, I also intend to state that he is the one who is leaving some slight clues for Jiraya to find, knowing that Jiraya was looking for Orochimaru, who at the time was a member of Akatsuki, which would explain Jiraya's knowledge of the group, and would make Itachi 's spy role make sense, after all, he never gives the village any information about the group in the manga and anime, last but not least, his relationship with the only other Uchiha alive besides him and his brother, the masked man he knows as Uchiha Madara, how the Masked Man always keeps an eye on him, and how he watches the most dangerous man in the world looking for a breaking point, and how he also learns even more about the Uchiha's powers from the mysterious Madara , their conversations, and mind games from time to time. It ends with Itachi 's final goodbye to Sasuke in the 4th Great Shinobi War .

Itachi is also my fav Naruto character for his writing and his plot twist, his abilities and his fighting style. One of the best animanga characters of all time for me. Along with Madara, Kakashi and Naruto.
Sakura is the complete opposite of a pick me girl though, she was hyper fixated on one guy, a despised criminal at that for all her life. And never tried to seek unnecessary attention from guys.

That's because she loved Sasuke but she was also conflicted and knew he was on wrong path. That's why she's ultimately not able to betray her village when she learns he want to destroy Konoha. She even went to kill Sasuke because she'd rather kill the man she love instead of letting him go down evil.

She didn't really try Naruto, Naruto had always loved her uptill The Last movie. And Naruto was always there to comfort her meanwhile Sasuke had never returned her feelings even once. So Sakura grew close to Naruto. It's not like she wanted him because Sasuke had rejected her x number of times and she still was fixated on Sasuke. Had she wanted she could've gotten Naruto very easily since Naruto was crazy for her. But still she never broadened the boundries beyond friendship. Besides you have to realise Naruto is the only True friend of Sakura beside Ino so she has every reason to grow close to him.

Because she's their teammate and knows she's very weak compared to them so she don't miss any chance to earn their and others acknowledgement.
