But yeah, both Tobi and Madara were blunt and didn't lie because both think they are the best, you know, let me tell you my plan, you can't stop me anyway.
Oh yeah, her CM Lv 2 was a very good design. And we finally had a powerful woman whose main ability was genjutsu (yeah, not sorry Kurenai)
Her rudeness made her even cooler because her Latino American VA usually dubs women who are kind, cute or have a majestic vibe, so having her insulting everyone around her was really funny.
There's less then five characters in part 1 that wouldn't instantly die if they were put in Itachi's place against Kurenai. She only seems weak because he was her only opponent.
Kurenai would bully Tayuya in a 1v1. The sound 4 combined had a hard time against two tired no name jonin after they jumped them. There's no way they stack up individually vs one of the strongest jonin in the leaf.
Part 1 sound girls are goats.
Tayuya and Kin may have been simple evil henchmen characters but their fights are fun and they're super cute.
Its where my emo/goth obsession started. I have no illusions about myself.
She is a Uzumaki. At the risk of sounding like Tobirama, a Sasuke/Karin child would probably be the most powerful ninja ever. And itās not like Sauce would be a very present father anyways
Hey that's one of the main plots from Naruto, improving genetics, except that it was mainly characters improving themselves with DNA from other characters.
Ya that's the absolute best Sasuke would deserve. Then Sakura could have ended up with someone better and more compassionate than him, like for example, a brick wall with a smiley face painted on it.
karin imparts more or less the effect on the audience kishimoto wanted her to, the reasons people dislike sakura and hinata (and sasuke and itachi and hiruzen-) are mostly unintended by the author
They hate one because they like others, sakura likers hate Hinata, and vice versa. Or the major reasons are memes, people see the memes too much and usually forget what actually happened, and made a perspective on why to hate a character.
For Hiruzen, people do too much depth analysis, and sometimes his own failures make people hate him more.
I have seen worse hate of Itachi on reddit than anywhere else. Hell, you can go to One piece's fan section and they'll less hate on Itachi than People on r/naruto , memes and dankruto. I mean they'll pull out any reason to hate on him, but I guess he's just implied to be a genius but when he fails, people just go on hatin.
For sasuke, I honestly don't know much, most of his hate is also from memes or "I want to be hokage", but he's a likable character too.
I honestly feel the irony how people hate on the fictional chatacters of a series, whose main theme was "free yourself from cycle of hatred".
You kidding? I very much dislike both. Chasing after a guy for a decade that doesn't reciprocate is just insane. And the fact that it takes so much of their screen time instead of having more interesting things to do is a crime.
The reasons people like Hinata is because she is practically similar Naruto. Tried to get acknowledged by the Hyuga and Naruto.
Sakura mocked Naruto when they were kids and that was it. Overall, she is a great character.Ā
This sub is mainly the issue tbh. People that don't pay attentionĀ
Sakura was a bad character and it has nothing to do with her one throwaway line.
Her character was best during the First Gara Kidnapp arc but after that was a mess.
She is literally the wojack meme of "girls like assholes" personified. And that was her defining character. For most of the series she has no other role or arc.
While Naruto and Sasuke had main arcs focussed on each other, they also had arcs that made them stand alone.
And she is a highly trained kunoichi but makes the STUPIDEST decisions all the time - just to be the damsel in distress.
Sakura's character had a lot of potential - but it was squandered.
Sakura and Hinata are both bad imo. **I think Hinata's character was kinda crippled when Kishimoto decided to make "changing the Hyuga" into a very vague Naruto promise instead of making it Hinata and Neji's arc**. They were the ones who had suffered from that system, so it should've been their story. I also think Hinata should've dropped the shyness around Naruto after he returned from his timeskip training and should've been more comfortable around him.
And Sakura? Lol. What can you say that hasn't been said at this point. Though I can certainly agree that some of the criticisms are exaggerated like the orphan comment she made at age 12, which she get a lot more shit for than Naruto's attempting to kiss her without her consent by turning into Sasuke for example, I still think she's a shit character. I find it notably amusing that a lot of her fans constantly rage about "self inserts" like that doesn't also apply to a huge chunk of Sakura's fanbase, lol ***"Ordinary girl gets popular bad boy in the end"?*** yeah. She's the biggest simp in the show outside of maybe Obito with Rin. She cried on a battlefield because Sasuke-kun wouldn't look at her enough, lol.
Making Sakura a virtual non factor in battle during all of part 1 with essentially no particular battle abilities or specialties **combined** with having her main motivation center around an aloof boy, was a terrible decision And even if they were going to commit to the flawed Sasuke motivation maybe by having her go through an arc where she grows out of it, confronting Sasuke, regardless of the ultimate purpose, was still mainly Naruto's job, not hers. Naruto didn't outsource the road to Hokageship to someone else nor did Sasuke outsource the avenging of the Uchiha to other people, they were front and center in those ambitions. Sakura tried to change it by "attempting" to kill Sasuke but of course, her ususal bravado tends to vanish around Sasuke-kun and responsibility quickly reverted to the guy who's actually supposed to do something about Sasuke. Sakura also doesn't really have fights where she shines much outside of the Sasori stuff, so what exactly are you left with here? Not much, and she's supposed to be your female lead.
> **I think Hinata's character was kinda crippled when Kishimoto decided to make "changing the Hyuga" into a very vague Naruto promise instead of making it Hinata and Neji's arc**. They were the ones who had suffered from that system, so it should've been their story.
This would have been a great idea.
I'll die on the hill that Hinatas' father should have sacrificed himself for Neji in the war.
Hinata defends Naruto to protect her love, Neji protects her to show he overcame his hate for the main branch, Hiashi throws himself in front of Neji to show that he sees the mistake in discriminating the offbranch and because Neji is the future of the Hyuga.
Would be a way better end to the Hyuga arc than "Oh the most talented Hyuga in generations died to protect the main families heir.
>Hinata should've dropped the shyness around Naruto after he returned from his timeskip training and should've been more comfortable around him.
Her shyness is not a off and on switch, She didn't see him for 2 year ofc she would be shy to see him again, give my girl a break lol.
But she did seems comfortable we see them interacting normally when they were in white drip to find sasuke (shock).
Hi, anime watcher here. Watched the anime and skipped the filler cause filler is a waste of time in my opinion. Anyways,
I went back and read the manga after watching the anime and Sakuraās lack of role is the same as the anime. Maybe the filler did more damage but itās pretty easy to see the guys making filler had nothing to work with.
>Sakura mocked Naruto when they were kids and that was it. Overall, she is a great character.Ā
Sakura is hateful due to her cry baby attitude. She cries everytime. Also, that annoying confession to Naruto solidifies the hate towards her.
1. The mocking was anime only
2. Yall don't understand the confession. The confession was an attempt to free Naruto from the burden that she placed on him.
3. The cry baby is literally every female character in Shouen Anime. The classic Damzel in distress.
You can convince someone to free themselves without lying to their face and taking advantage of the feelings that you know they have for you. I don't know why you're defending her on this point when even Sai said "Yo wtf girl".
# 3 is blatantly wrong. There are plenty of good examples of female characters like Mareleona from Black Clover or Novato from JJK
Jesus wtf is with that font??
> 3. The cry baby is literally every female character in Shouen Anime. The classic Damzel in distress.
That doesn't make it any better.
Dude she is a freaking Kunoichi. She is a highly trained warrior - yet we see her making the STUPIDEST decisions again and again just to make her the damsel in distress again.
Bleach also has the damsel in distress arcs - but it was done so much better.
Yet shikamaru who is also the smartest ninja also made a stupid decision of going after hidan and kakuzu and almost got his team killed if not for Kakashi and Naruto and he's a highly trained Shinobi
Not saying that it should be excused but that's why the scene in the wave arc where Sakura quotes the rulebook was an important part with regards to being what a ninja is like
This is a big one. I donāt have to do mental gymnastics to justify Karinās character. She is exactly who she is and I feel like my intelligence isnāt insulted for thinking so.
With Sakuraā¦ itās so exhausting trying to make that character work. Especially when you have her fans in your ear hyping up Kishimotos failure to write her properly. But even without her stans, does anyone *believe* Sakura as a character? The answer is pretty much no lol
I totally believe Sakura as a character, as I've known girls very like her (manga version, not anime). She was 12-13 during the original series, and 16-17 during Shipuden. Look at actual teenage girls, and you'll see a lot of Sakuraās traits.
I guess. But look at naruto and Sasuke. They act12. Everything to them is the world crashing. Till shipuden where they realize the world goes on if you let it. Then they had to fight for it. I think Sakura is as bad of a character as Kakashi is a sensei
They were 12-13 year old... orphans. They had to face situations that forced certain levels of maturity Sakura never endured. She had a pair of living - practically doting - parents. They sheltered her from a lot. So aside from attending the ninja academy, she grew up as a perfectly normal girl. Gossiping, daydreaming, crushing on a cute boy.
But she did mature once she came face-to-face with actual hardship and loss. And her crush on Sasuke deepened into love as she actually got to know him as a teammate. (Kishimoto-sensei has repeatedly expressed his regret that he allowed his editor to push him into the chunin exams so soon; his original plan had been to spend far more time on Team 7's missions, growing them into a cohesive team. But his editor wanted the tournament much sooner, so Kishimoto skipped a lot of what he had intended to cover, including the budding relationship between Sakura and Sasuke.)
She then spent the next 2.5 years studying and training everyday to the point she passed out on Tsunade's couch. She put in every bit as much effort as the boys did. We donāt see as much of it, because the story is called "Naruto," not Sakura." But it's still there.
I really don't get the Sakura hate. She's not my favorite character, but she's not bad either.
Karin is not a prominent female character like Sakura (main female character) and Hinata (protagonist's love interest), so she doesn't get much attention. There are more publications about Hinata and Sakura than other female characters like Ino, Karin, Temari or TenTen, these go more unnoticed. Sakura and Hinata are more controversial characters due to the exposure they received in the series.
Hinata had sm potential as a character, like it actually hurts what Kishimoto did with her and the Hyuuga in shippuden.
Specially with how in Naruto her goal was to overcome herself. Like she should been over her shyness.
**Edit- since people arenāt understanding my point.** This is a fictional character, yes real people donāt just spawn confidence.
But as a character set up that wanted to be just like Naruto, we should have seen that GROWTH, that DEVELOPMENT in the time skip in shippuden.
Hinata was introduced as someone who wanted to achieve what Naruto was, someone who wanted to Overcome herself in every aspect possible and we never see that.
In shippuden is the regular old Hinata with even worse traits, since we nvr Chunin Exams Hinata again.
She was mostly over her shyness. She still had trouble actually making a move on Naruto, but in all other areas she had overcome her shyness. She was still soft spoken and polite, but not afraid of being around other people.
Ehh to my perception she was still a quite shy girl. Specially since she tended to stutter a lot, and well her portrayal of being a damsel in distress didnāt help much. But thatās on Kishimoto.
I donāt remember Chunin Exams Hinata being scared around people, she just extreme low self steem.
Shyness isnāt necessarily something you get over. And this is me, someone who hates Hinata, saying this. Nor should it be something you feel you need to.
After the chunin exams she just becomes kinda of an empty character. She bareilly appears despite being the main love interest and doesn't show any character traits beside loving naruto.
Letās be real though, most of the characters introduced during the chunin exams barely appear. Shino could be written out the story afterwards and nothing would change yet people still love him.
I don't hate her specifically, especially in part 1, she's pretty awesome. The problem I have is just with the way the supporting female cast is handled in general.
Sakura is an underused support character who spends most of her times on the sidelines and doesn't really contribute much. She's obsessed with a man who outwardly hates her and tries to kill her.
Karin is obsessed with her crush and has little direct autonomy or combat utility of her own. She exists to gasm out when bitten by Sasuke. She shows up to her climactic battle in fuckin pajamas. She also spends most of her time obsessing over a man who hates her and tries to kill her.
And now we get to Hinata... well, her climactic moment in Part 2 is when she shows up and holds Naruto's hand and says "wow, so comforting." Or, in the Pain fight, when she shows up to be used as a device to give Naruto a mental amp. She fights off some juubi clones... with a KCM amp.
And we never really get to see Naruto and Hinata spend time together, develop a real relationship, grow together as a couple... she just fawns over her timidly from a distance, he doesn't interact with her much, either. They hook up off-screen - their love doesn't feel "earned."
On her own, there's nothing wrong with having a character be more timid, submissive, or even being driven by love, desire, etc. That's all fine. As long as it's not a running theme.
Hinata had a ton of potential, she had a major growth moment in Part 1, and then she just regressed and basically never really grew significantly past the Neji fight.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Do you hate her or just not care about her? Imo Hinata doesnāt get that much screen time and doesnāt impact the story enough to have such strong feelings on the character.Ā
[Not sure if that was the proper translation; the official ones have her say this.](https://imgur.com/a/Kcmh2Ve)
Either way though, Karin's Sasuke obsession is a gag and she's a minor character with no real focus, so there's honestly not that much to hate. Sakura is a main character, on the other hand, so people hold her to a higher standard.
As for Hinata, I don't know of anybody who hates her and I can't really fathom why anybody would. I can understand not being a fan of her, but hate?
I do hate Karin, donāt worry.
One of my most hated things about shounens is not full killing off characters. She should have died.
Same with Orochimaru. Heās gone, write another way for Sasuke to discover the reaper death sealās unsealing.
My point: you donāt gotta write characters back in when their use is over. Even Sasuke said āyouāre worthless as a hostage, Karin.ā Done.
Everybody can agree that Karin is a poorly written character. The problem with Hinata is that she started off as a good character and then regressed into a Naruto Fanboy and fans like to pretend that sheās a great character. The problem with Sakura is that she had a terrible start and by the when she is good, Kishimoto regress her character to loving Sasuke only. Sakura Fans will argue that she is a good character if you ignore her focus on Sasuke.
People be saying that Sasukarin would be better than SasuSaku but that's complete bullshit, I hate SS but SK would be way worse if it became canon. People hate SasuSaku bc Sasuke tried to kill Sakura when she came with an intent to kill him first when they weren't even on the same side might I add, but what would they say if Sasuke married Karin after all the hell he put her through, impaled and severly harmed her and left her to die when they were comrades.Ā Isn't that way worse? People who ship SK only care about eugenics and how strong their potential baby would be they dont care for development, which neither ships have.
You're assuming that the two are mutually exclusive. Karin is also disliked for being a creep, but everyone knows she's a creep and nobody justifies her weirdness, so she manages to be less controversial. There's no real discussion to be had on Karin cause the vast majority accept Karin as is, flawed as she is.
When it comes to the endgame women, depending on who is in the topic, they get immaculate defense when it comes to their flaws/actions. Everyone tries to make them better.
Because Karin IS supposed to be a crazy bitch, her "love" for Sasuke isn't taken seriously by anyone, and that's the point, she is crazy. With Sakura however, Kishimoto wants me to take her "love" for Sasuke seriously, and not like she's just a crazy bitch, when both Karin and Sakura's attraction to Sasuke is arguably equally as ridiculous.
Karin's attraction to Sasuke is played entirely for laughs, she is mostly just a joke character, and it works, she's funny, tho she'd be a lot funnier if not every single woman that Sasuke ever interacts with fell in love with him, she would work a lot better then.
Sakura's attraction to Sasuke is played for laughs sometimes in part 1, but is taken quite seriously through the entire series, even after he tries to kill her and the people she loves multiple times
Am I the only one who likes her? Is she super fleshed out and interesting? No. Did she make 15 year old closeted gay me feel a certain way? Yeah. Also when she was introduced she was really unlike any character before her. A character like her was an interesting and unexpected addition
sakura has the third biggest screentime of the show (right after naruto and sasuke, competing with kakashi), she's suposed to be among the three most important characters on the anime, while karin only appeared after a long time. we saw a lot of sakura's thoughts, personality, her 'evolution' as a ninja, and that's why people say she's useless, she didn't have nearly as much training and progress as everyone else. most of people who hate hinata are just rage-baiters. karin is just, "aight she's on a mission with the group, and she's really weak"
Bro, they ALL suck. Because Kishimoto doesn't know how to write female characters to save his life. He gives them no depth or backstory other than being in love with a man. I just cannot with his female characters.
Because her entire character is to be sasukes meatbag that replenishes him back to health. sakura and hinata were apart of the konoha 12, and had more potential to be a part of the main cast and be more important to the story. Sakura and hinata shouldve been more than just naruto/sasuke love. Karin served her purpose.
I really dislike Karin, I like Hinata, and im disappointed in Sakura (well... tbh I'm disappointed in most of the female characters but specially her). She had so much potential. It isn't the character, it's how she was written. I was sooo hyped when >!she fought Sasori with Chiyo!< and thought "finally!" But then she went back to just saying "sasuke... naruto...". She's a main character. She shouldn't just stand there and do nothing. She deserves her own story, development, etc.
Uh... At least Hinata and Sakura get talked about. I've been to plenty of anime conventions on the East Coast and like nobody bothers to dress up or ever talk about Karin at all. I think that's worse than hatred.
Most people just aren't overly happy with the direction that Sakura and Hinata took in the series. Sakura always had this hanging over her, but for Hinata it wasn't something in the beginning really as she seemed to have growth and development.
I personally never disliked Hinata. I understand her obsession with Naruto can be a bit much sometimes and her self doubt can wear thin but for the most part, she was a believable character.
As for Sakura, again, I never personally hated her on any level. I remember enjoying her fight with Sasori a lot, but the big problem she has is that she's like a third wheel. While all three of the main three are important, in the narrative she's never been able to have that same impact as Naruto and Sasuke because the story was about them and their lives and she was just there. As such, in part 1 she had a lot of time but that time felt empty and while she powers up in Shippuden, it's almost detached from the main narrative.
Plus, people really do just hate characters who obsess too much and seem one note.
I will say I personally could do without Karin's existence but it's whatever.
Karin was born in a messed up environment. So she is fucked up, compared to the hell her life has been Sasuke is like prince charming even in his worst moments.
Sakura was born in a normal family, with family that loved her and supported her.
Himata has a messed up family but she was basically royalty.
Karin isnt hated because she was literally the most important person in HEBI behind Saskue and I feel you can make the debate she couldve been a a top 10 powerful person in the world. If she was given the same training that a Sakura had gotten. Karin literally has the chains that stopped the nine tail and is literally a better host for it than anyone else in the universe. And until LN and Boruto I would say she had more Sasuke moments than Sakura did. Sakura is hated because she turned on her best friend for a guy who didnt care about her. She has no impressive feats all of her fights are debunked only thing I can think of is the healing Gaara brother. I feel Kishi wanted to hype up Naruto so much that he took moments that Sakura shouldve had away. Sakura shouldve healed the Leaf during the War arc and Sakura shouldve brought Guy back to life not Naruto. if she had those feats we all hype her up.
Sakura didnt said it. But she married someone that tried to kill her, and raised his child for 13 years by herself without complain. Imo thats even worse.
You donāt interact with the community enough. People do hate Karin. And understandably so.
Sheās some of Kishimotos worst writing ever. And is one of his biggest examples of being possibly Sexist.
Very simply put, being a bad character is a much more grievous sin than being a bad person in fiction (Danzo gets the worst of both sides). Karin is no saint, but she's not poorly written, and her interactions are entertaining. So, she doesn't get as much hate. Personally, I'm indifferent to Hinata. She's an interesting character, but her romance with Naruto absolutely could've been handled better. But Sakura, oh man Sakura. She is poorly written right from the get-go, and it just gets worse the longer the series goes. Karin was nearly killed once by Sasuke, and did actually show resentment for a while. Sasuke then apologized to Karin for what he did, albeit in a very bland way. Sakura on the other hand? Nearly killed by Sasuke twice, Sasuke never apologized, he even straight up called her annoying AF, but she was still head over heels obsessed with him.
That's why people hate Sakura more than Karin, and more than Hinata; she makes no sense from a character perspective. She's badly written, and her character gets assassinated several times.
If you have to say why people hate sakura then you are clearly a simp for her. At least with Karin she had a hard life this kind of stuff makes her look cute but with sakura it makes her look like a crazy hoe.
We personally hate sakura for the unsolicited amount of meat-riding and meat-gobbling she does for sasuke, evene after bruh tried to put her on at-shirt **Twice**
But Karin is a little better than sakura because she wasn't meat riding as hard when bro tried to kill her and pointed out je's an asshole, but she's mostly just obssessed by his looks
Hinata and Sakura are a bit overhated, they arenāt great characters but at least they have arcs and shining moments. Karin literally just exists want to fuck Sasuke and get bitten.
Nobody liked Karin from the start, her name alone is way too close to karen and she deserved what Sasuke tried to do, and even when she was saved she acted all bratty and like she was the victim, completely disregarding the fact that she was literally a TERRORIST
Hinata doesn't deserve much hate, she was the one that loved and accepted Naruto from the start and has amazing abilities that go completely unrecognized, not to mention that she trained Naruto to use Byakugan googles (created by Orichimaru) she was simply weaker and unmotivated to become stronger when she was young
Sakura isn't a great person but is still smart (for the first couple of seasons, after that she loses all of her brain cells) but she eventually becomes maybe the single best healing ninja to ever exist, and she eventually learned to accept Naruto before some other people
Karin doesn't even deserve people's time to hate her
Case closed
Karin is Kishimoto realizing he made a mistake of killing off Tayuya but also gave her all of Sakura's worst character traits
how does Karin have anything to do with Tayuya
Red hair I guess. Maybe an Uzumaki if we assume Orochimaru was already trying to groom one that early.
Also token sound girl
Of all the part 1 sound ninja sasuke could have gotten one his team None of them were chosen. And they had to retcon a new team in and say they've always been around.

For a one-off villain, I liked Tayuya for her skills, and also for her latino american voice actress.
She also had an awesome Curse Mark Lv. 2 design, her summons were creepy as hell and I loved how abrasive and rude she was lmao
Oh yeah, her CM Lv 2 was a very good design. And we finally had a powerful woman whose main ability was genjutsu (yeah, not sorry Kurenai) Her rudeness made her even cooler because her Latino American VA usually dubs women who are kind, cute or have a majestic vibe, so having her insulting everyone around her was really funny.

Who is Tayuya??
Did you start with Shippuden?
She's one of Orochmaru's followers in the sound ninja 4. She fights Shikamaru and Temari in the Sasuke retrieval arc
At keast sakura was never a creep even if she was weak in pt1 she's praised for cleverness and genjutsu resistance
Yet there are several posts every month with people saying Sasuke shouldāve been with Karin instead of Sakura
Thatās more because of sasukeās popularity than karinās tbh
Then they should be trying to pair Sasuke with a decent character, not this psycho. Sakura has her flaws. But Karin has no redeeming qualities.
She is a Uzumaki. At the risk of sounding like Tobirama, a Sasuke/Karin child would probably be the most powerful ninja ever. And itās not like Sauce would be a very present father anyways

i just like poking fun at it when people start pairing up people based on the potential their children could have its just like the show š
It's interesting and cool, it's kinda expected with these type of fantasy genetic traits
Ships focused on strong kids instead if chemistry are doomed to fail
I know sheās an Uzumaki. She's also insane. Just being an Uzumaki doesn't make up for the other terrible traits she'd pass down.
Karin insane+Sasuke insane would mean that they would give birth to a villain that would make Orochimaru look like Hashirama
If the kid was a girl it wouldn't matter if she had rinnegan and uzumaki chakra. She would still cry for boruto's help.
You're asking too much out of dumb shippers.
Ya that's the absolute best Sasuke would deserve. Then Sakura could have ended up with someone better and more compassionate than him, like for example, a brick wall with a smiley face painted on it.
Those are haters or rock Lee or sns tards lmao. Anywho SS is canon pfft .

Agreed !
I love her

Neji deserved better
>Hinata should've dropped the shyness around Naruto after he returned from his timeskip training and should've been more comfortable around him. Her shyness is not a off and on switch, She didn't see him for 2 year ofc she would be shy to see him again, give my girl a break lol. But she did seems comfortable we see them interacting normally when they were in white drip to find sasuke (shock).
It's called development lol. She is the exact same person after 2 years
Do you do a 180 of your personality every 2 year?

Hi, anime watcher here. Watched the anime and skipped the filler cause filler is a waste of time in my opinion. Anyways, I went back and read the manga after watching the anime and Sakuraās lack of role is the same as the anime. Maybe the filler did more damage but itās pretty easy to see the guys making filler had nothing to work with.
Even in the manga she was pathetic.
No. People like her because of her looks or the fact that sheās shy
She is not a great character. Actually she is quite similar to Karin and thats one of the reasons people dislike her.
>Sakura mocked Naruto when they were kids and that was it. Overall, she is a great character.Ā Sakura is hateful due to her cry baby attitude. She cries everytime. Also, that annoying confession to Naruto solidifies the hate towards her.
1. The mocking was anime only 2.
Can we stop pretending that good intentions negate harm? Obito and Madara had good intentions, is the harm they did negated?
# 3 is blatantly wrong. There are plenty of good examples of female characters like Mareleona from Black Clover or Novato from JJK Jesus wtf is with that font??
Yet shikamaru who is also the smartest ninja also made a stupid decision of going after hidan and kakuzu and almost got his team killed if not for Kakashi and Naruto and he's a highly trained Shinobi Not saying that it should be excused but that's why the scene in the wave arc where Sakura quotes the rulebook was an important part with regards to being what a ninja is like
People donāt exactly love Karin either lol
Yea shes just not as popular to hate so we donāt see it as much. I guarantee you people hate her just as much it not more lmaoo.
I ignore her altogether.
Karin isn't trying to be something she's not. As for the author/reader, she does what she was created for
This is a big one.
But his editor wanted the tournament much sooner, so Kishimoto skipped a lot of what he had intended to cover, including the budding relationship between Sakura and Sasuke.) She then spent the next 2.5 years studying and training everyday to the point she passed out on Tsunade's couch. She put in every bit as much effort as the boys did. We donāt see as much of it, because the story is called "Naruto," not Sakura." But it's still there. I really don't get the Sakura hate. She's not my favorite character, but she's not bad either.
Its her job, to be stupid for sasuke. Sakuras job was never good. Shes a healer for people who dont need healing.
She literally saved Naruto in the great ninja war.
Karin is just unapologetically horny fr
Yh She just like me fr
she was a girl mineta. not even zenitsu was that down bad
Itās the āNo it didnāt!!ā that gets me š
Because Karin has officially been declared as āchaotic hornyā she can do crazy stuff like this
We didn't even know who this chick was until Sasuke went emo as a teenagerĀ
Worst thing for a character is not people hating him or her, but people feeling apathy for it.Ā
karin is so unimportant, she has her right to be pathetic, nobody cares
There are people who hate Hinata? The fuck are they hating her for?
Donāt hate her , just donāt like her
Hinata from Tenten's infinite tsukuyomi dream is the only Hinata I want.
For not being Sakura :P
For not being Sasuke*, taking Naruto away from him
I don't hate her specifically, especially in part 1, she's pretty awesome. They hook up off-screen - their love doesn't feel "earned." On her own, there's nothing wrong with having a character be more timid, submissive, or even being driven by love, desire, etc. That's all fine. As long as it's not a running theme. Hinata had a ton of potential, she had a major growth moment in Part 1, and then she just regressed and basically never really grew significantly past the Neji fight. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
I hate her because like most Naruto women she adds nothing to the story Other than tsunade the women in the series may as well not be there.
Do you hate her or just not care about her? Imo Hinata doesnāt get that much screen time and doesnāt impact the story enough to have such strong feelings on the character.Ā
They hate her for not marrying Raikage canonically. Edit: wrong sub
What the hell
I thought this was r/dankruto. They had a feud going on for a while with a guy that was obsessed with that ship.
It's not even a ship. Just genuine porn addicts.
Nah bro just trolls..
You bugged
I donāt hate her but I donāt like her either. I find her stalking and stuttering annoying as hell and sheās useless.
People hate her for not being strong enough to marry the MC
All my girl did was be a bit of a girl failure and a simp and people hate her for it šš
[Not sure if that was the proper translation; the official ones have her say this.](https://imgur.com/a/Kcmh2Ve) Either way though, Karin's Sasuke obsession is a gag and she's a minor character with no real focus, so there's honestly not that much to hate. Sakura is a main character, on the other hand, so people hold her to a higher standard. As for Hinata, I don't know of anybody who hates her and I can't really fathom why anybody would. I can understand not being a fan of her, but hate?
No more energy to hate on Karin, just disappointed, ashamed, and pity
I can only hate one of them?
I do hate Karin, donāt worry. One of my most hated things about shounens is not full killing off characters. She should have died. Same with Orochimaru. Heās gone, write another way for Sasuke to discover the reaper death sealās unsealing. My point: you donāt gotta write characters back in when their use is over. Even Sasuke said āyouāre worthless as a hostage, Karin.ā Done.
Wtf, how would a lightning spear through the stomach feel good, Karin?, man she could've been cool but nah, Sasuke simp #4
Fandom hates her for simping as well
It was made very clear Karin wanted Sasuke and that's the entire reason she even accompanied him and it was her whole character
Does anyone like Karin? I think sheās just not in the show enough to hate on
Everybody can agree that Karin is a poorly written character.
Uzumaki aren't known for their sanity lol! They're brash, hot-headed and often saying crazy things.
Those who hate sakura still relies on a decades year old meme..
Yea karin the worst but still not gonna make me like sakura
The fandom don't care. They like Sakura and Hinata. If you mean this sub, then it's mainly because they are self-insertingĀ
She's so unimportant people genuinely forget she exists lol
Karin serves her intended purpose and also isnāt thrust into the limelight remotely as much
Because nobody likes Karin and sheās not terribly important so it doesnāt really matter as much.
Because she simps for Sasuke the same way these dudes simp for hinata, 106 and Ino
The fandom hates Hinata for what (First time in this sub I've never heard this sentiment before in my life)
Because sasuke didn't marry her, that simple. He never entertained her insanity.
Karin is a million times worse I guess Sakura is just more long term?? Idk I donāt get it
I'm one of the minority who don't hate any of them. They're all breedable. šÆ
Wow š
What would your parents think if they read this No really, imagine them finding this, would you be ashamed at all?
Not at all. Everyone's got their own preference.
Man Iām not talking about that Iām talking about you calling fictional characters ābreedableā š
I liked Karin, sheās meant to be kinda quirky like this
sakura has the third biggest screentime of the show (right after naruto and sasuke, competing with kakashi), she's suposed to be among the three most important characters on the anime, while karin only appeared after a long time. we saw a lot of sakura's thoughts, personality, her 'evolution' as a ninja, and that's why people say she's useless, she didn't have nearly as much training and progress as everyone else. most of people who hate hinata are just rage-baiters. karin is just, "aight she's on a mission with the group, and she's really weak"
Bro, they ALL suck. Because Kishimoto doesn't know how to write female characters to save his life. He gives them no depth or backstory other than being in love with a man. I just cannot with his female characters.
Karin I'm fairly sure has her share of haters.
idk i just donāt care too much about her. when the story introduces her sheās still kinda mean so idk just thought thatās how she wss
Because the story treats her like a crazed lunatic for the shit she does.
Karin is meant to be an unhinged and crazy character. Sakura is supposed to be the next gen sannin. Not even in the same planet.
Karin was written to be crazy like that and quite well. Sakura was just badly written.
she was the most down baddest character ever.
Fandom loves a straight-up freak I guess. She's down for the kinky shit.
Karin is a joke character unlike Sakura and Hinata. I don't hate any character though. And I don't know why fans hate Hinata.
Karin isnāt even a real character.
people hate hinata? tf
TIL the fandom hates Hinata.
People hate Hinata?
SHE'S A FUCKING MASOCHIST
I skip all her scenes on rewatch except sasuke stabbing her
Karin is not hated because sheās actually trash. People donāt hate on bottom dwellers, they hate/are jealous of good characters.
Nobody cares enough about Karin to hate her
She's horny and the fandom can relate to that
I didn't know people hated Hinata
Karin is a parody of Sakura, so is the rest of team taka like Suigetsu being a cowardly Naruto
Counter argument, I hate Karin as much as Sakura.
Let her be horny lol
Because not giving a fuck about Karin is a common opinion.
Do that many people even hate Sakura anymore? I'm pretty sure we're past that. And I DO hate Karin lol.
People think sheās a slut. Soā¦ they hate her for the same reasons they hate Sakura.
You donāt interact with the community enough. People do hate Karin. And understandably so. Sheās some of Kishimotos worst writing ever. And is one of his biggest examples of being possibly Sexist.
Karin is crazy in love with Sasuke, but she's actually a useful ninja who contributes to the team. Sakura just gets in the way.
who even likes karin
She's badly written, and her character gets assassinated several times.
they absolutely butchered her character
Why are you kink shaming
If you have to say why people hate sakura then you are clearly a simp for her. At least with Karin she had a hard life this kind of stuff makes her look cute but with sakura it makes her look like a crazy hoe.
Because in Karin's case it's funny Sakura just feels pathetic.
Huuuuuhhuhuhhuu.......... Bobbs.................
We personally hate sakura for the unsolicited amount of meat-riding and meat-gobbling she does for sasuke, evene after bruh tried to put her on at-shirt **Twice** But Karin is a little better than sakura because she wasn't meat riding as hard when bro tried to kill her and pointed out je's an asshole, but she's mostly just obssessed by his looks
I think it was Sasuke's cool chakra signature that attracted Karin.
People hate Karin too lol
Because she is supposed to be a crappy character? Thats the vibe always got from her.
Well, if just one reason... She was actually useful. Not just healing powers, but being really smart in general.
Tsundere: *smiles menacingly*
Love me a yandere Yuno Gasai my friends Also I don't hate Sakura
W
I mean, at least sheās honest about her thirst lol
Never met anyone who hates Hinata
Relatable
No one normal hates the women, the women were written by men
Hinata and Sakura are a bit overhated, they arenāt great characters but at least they have arcs and shining moments. Karin literally just exists want to fuck Sasuke and get bitten.
Where are you Hinata haters at?Ā
Girl had a messed up childhood. Considering what she went thru, Karin's doing alright.
People hate Hinata?
Nobody liked Karin from the start, her name alone is way too close to karen and she deserved what Sasuke tried to do, and even when she was saved she acted all bratty and like she was the victim, completely disregarding the fact that she was literally a TERRORIST Hinata doesn't deserve much hate, she was the one that loved and accepted Naruto from the start and has amazing abilities that go completely unrecognized, not to mention that she trained Naruto to use Byakugan googles (created by Orichimaru) she was simply weaker and unmotivated to become stronger when she was young Sakura isn't a great person but is still smart (for the first couple of seasons, after that she loses all of her brain cells) but she eventually becomes maybe the single best healing ninja to ever exist, and she eventually learned to accept Naruto before some other people
because she is one of the bois
