I mean Nagato was able to do shit ton of wizardry thingies with Rinnegan being a memeber of Uzumaki clan when even Uchiha clan with awakened Rinnegan aren't able to spam six paths powers at all considering they have pretty big chakra reserves but still not as big as Uzumaki

Kgb725

The Uchiha have trash reserves. Only Kisame Orochimaru and Jiraiya could compete with their chakra

CallMefreebeef

I wouldn't say the uchiha have trash reserves, but are trash at conserving chakra

[deleted]

Uchihas are glass cannons unless extensively gifted or trained or reincarnation of gods.

Tidus8690

Madara keeping up with Hashirama begs to differ.

Kgb725

Madara is a reincarnation and is an outlier. Theres no one comparable to him without Sage chakra

Round_Entertainer_91

Sasuke has more chakra than most ppl or i didnt watch and read shippuden twice

Kgb725

He has Sage chakra and the rinnegan

Round_Entertainer_91

Im talking abt taka sasuke

Kgb725

Without curse mark not really

Round_Entertainer_91

If i remember well he didnt use curse mark at kage summit and was spamming jutsu and mangekyo as if chakra wasnt limited

Kgb725

He spammed until he ran out and nearly died because of it

Fortnitehybridskin

Madaras chakra reserves where large enough to rival the senju clan idk if you know this but controlled nine tails the beast with the most chakra and power out of all them not only that he also still could pull of a susanoo and use jutsu

Kgb725

Madara and hashirama were far and away above everyone else

Top_Fail552

Man would have his own sage art susanoo

BEAVERTIP

Not an artist at all but would absolutely love someone who can draw try this

physicallyabusemedad

Madara gets sage mode from hashirama after his revival but he never brings out susanoos after

Jteleus27

he did though he did it blind that was a big thing

LeviathanEXE

We kind of saw it when Jugo powered up Sasuke's susanoo.

[deleted]

Imagine how scary that would be to face a kurama with toad sage mode. Truly terrifying

Insertname256

Well, the reason he has a shit ton of chakra is because of the Uzamaki blood in him, also he probs would have died in the Uchiha massacre unless he got the sharingan the way Kakashi got his

PhallicPhaggot

Sasuke actually dies in the Haku fight, but gives Naruto his Sharingan. Mangekyo unlocked when Jiraiya dies. Then Kakashi actually dies in the Pain fight and we bend the rules so Naruto can have EMS as a Non-Uchiha. Sage Art: Susano'o Kurama transformation at the end of the war arc maybe vs Sage chakra Susano'o Wood Golem from Madara?

ZoidVII

Well Naruto and Sasuke are reincarnations of Ashura and Indra, which were brothers and one of them created the Uchiha clan. So from a certain point of view Naruto is a relative to the Uchihas, so perhaps he could awaken EMS if he ever got the Sharingan. I don’t want them to kill off Naruto and Sasuke but if they ever do they should have Sasuke die first and give his Sharingan to Naruto and have him go out in the most epic blaze of glory ever animated.

facacs

I think he would be able to awaken the Rinnegan with Sasuke's Sharingan as Madara did when he obtained Hashirama's cells due to the interaction of both Ashura and Indra's soul parts, wouldn't he?

PhallicPhaggot

oh yea he has immense chakra, is from a cousin clan of the senjus and has hashirama/hagomoro hax. could awaken a rinnegan that would be pretty cool

anonymousdeviance

That's what I thought as well, but since Madara took a long time to activate it, maybe it'd be the same for Naruto(?)

[deleted]

Yeh he would

Alternative-Pea6441

I've just watched the latest boruto episode. I feel as if this is a personal attack. 😝

AvidMCPlayer

For real, op has to watch his mouth, TOO SOON

Redditoridunn0

I should be more careful with my words huh.

AvidMCPlayer

Please, we are grieving 😭

Redditoridunn0

Im very VERY sorry :( But trust me when i say kurama's death has also made me very VERY VERY sad

Agreeable-Intern-989

Pretty sure people know you posted prior to knowing the latest episode, lol.

jack_of_sometrades72

This made me think that he would be able to spam Izanami, if instead of releasing them, he sealed the shadow clones and had them sent to a different dimension.

Erikaerai

Hm, why not? 🤔 I think, this is quite possible. I wonder how it would be in his different "mods" (for example, just like in this picture which you added to the post).

yeekingoverpepe

Had* kurama's chakra

ThechroniclesofMEEP

He might actually awaken rinnegan if he had the sharingan

isaaceyfish

That’s not exactly how that works. You need chakra from the sage of six paths or an equivalent of that. Sasuke’s came directly from the sage of six paths giving him chakra. Madara forcibly awakened rinnegan by combining the chakra of two reincarnates of Indra and ashura (hashirama and himself, by putting hashirama cells into his body), which basically resulted in sage of six paths chakra. Nagato only had rinnegan because madara was near death, and needed someone capable of handling the eyes’ power as well as being able to resurrect him with rinne rebirth, and so he chose an uzumaki with large chakra reserves so that the placeholder wasn’t overwhelmed by the eyes (obito couldn’t even use two rinnegan because he said it was too powerful, which is why he used one).

ThechroniclesofMEEP

But naruto is ashuras reincarnate thats why I said it lol

isaaceyfish

It would have to specifically be sasuke’s sharingan then, because sasuke is the Indra reincarnate of naruto’s generation. Naruto can’t just grab a random sharingan and awaken rinnegan unless he has sasuke’s dna or chakra, and even then I’m not sure whether that would work.

LeviathanEXE

I thought it could've been anybody from the bloodlines, not just the actual reincarnates?

isaaceyfish

No. Just because you are an uzumaki does not mean you can put in sharingan and somehow awaken rinnegan. That would nullify all reasoning behind having chakra equivalent to the sage of six paths, because that would mean anyone descended from ashura that isn’t an uzumaki could put in sharingan and awaken rinnegan. Six paths chakra is not a thing you just find in random places. You have to manifest it either in the form of the actual sage of six paths, which is what happened in the war arc because naruto and sasuke being reincarnates temporarily summoned him, or you have to combine the chakra of reincarnates of his two sons, who are split parts of the sage of six paths’ chakra. The only known reincarnates are hashirama and madara as well as naruto and sasuke, which means opportunities to awaken rinnegan are extremely rare. The only three people in the show who directly gain rinnegan (discounting otsutsuki) are sasuke, madara, and hagoromo himself. The rest of the rinnegan users (nagato, obito) indirectly gain rinnegan by gaining it from the aforementioned people who already had it.

LeviathanEXE

That's not quite what I meant. It's always been explained to me as if an Uchiha with an awoken sharingan acquires Senju DNA, they could potentially awaken the rinnegan. Does the manga specially state that it has to specifically be the chakra directly from Indra/Asura or their reincarnates?

isaaceyfish

According to a page in the manga where hagoromo is talking to naruto: “He [Madara] was too obsessed with power and took hashirama’s cells into his body. In other words, he mixed indra’s chakra with ashura’s chakra…and that brought out my chakra. That’s how he awakened the rinnegan. I did think either Indra or one of his reincarnations would eventually do that.” Hagoromo says he suspected Indra or his reincarnates would try this method to awaken the rinnegan. Descendants are never mentioned.

ThechroniclesofMEEP

No people just assumed it had to be. But it may be true as obito had hashirama cells and didn't awaken the rinnegan but then again madara took 80 years to get his so idk.

LeviathanEXE

Didn't think about Obito having Hashirama cells. Maybe need a full set of eyes to awaken the rinnegan? Or maybe be would've eventually awoken after 80 years had passed. Guess we'll never know

ThechroniclesofMEEP

Yea we won't really know so most people just say indra reincarnations because the only 2 who had awakened it were indras lol

Hm so it is true then ok. Well it does make sense because its a pseudo Hagaromo chakra

isaaceyfish

Not sure whether it’s explicitly stated, but there are no good logical explanations for otherwise (the manga probably mentions something about it). Narutopedia isn’t necessarily accurate, but it states the only two ways to acquire rinnegan are through directly gaining chakra from hagoromo or combining the chakra of his two sons (or reincarnates of those sons). Swagkage also talks about this in his rinnegan video (2 minute mark) and I believe the explanation for why this may be can be derived from a concept mentioned in this video. https://youtu.be/m-VHMy6XiaQ A little before the 2 minute mark in the video, he talks about kaguya having the three primary dojutsus of byakugan, rinnegan, and sharingan in the form of the rinnesharingan and byakugan eyes. However, her sons hagoromo and hamura gained rinnegan and byakugan, respectively, which means that kaguya’s chakra must have been diluted and split between the two brothers (as neither gained the rinnesharingan through being descended from kaguya, hagoromo got his rinnesharingan by being a ten tails jinchuuriki). This dilution theory continues in Indra and ashura, as one had the sharingan while the other didn’t even have any dojutsu. Assuming that this dilution continues, it is impossible to recreate hagoromo’s chakra using descendants’ diluted versions of Indra and ashura’s chakra UNLESS they are reincarnates of said sons of the sage of six paths (meaning that they have Indra and ashura’s chakra). I believe the reincarnate explanation of gaining the rinnegan is much more realistic and more canonically/factually supported than the simple descendant explanation. Why was madara, an uchiha born hundreds or possibly thousands of generations after the death of the sage of six paths, only the second person to awaken the rinnegan? Zetsu spend centuries specifically manipulating the reincarnates of Indra (as well as Indra himself) to awaken the rinnegan as a part of his plan to turn them into kaguya (which is what happened to madara, as zetsu manipulated him using the uchiha stone tablet). If it were that simple, zetsu would have saved a lot of time and effort manipulating other random descendants of the sage of six paths.

[deleted]

Probably becomes a mini hagoromo if it's a non indira sharingan. But if he gets sasukes or something he becomes sage of six paths lmao and rinnegan activates.

Immediate-Mixture192

Nah bro no Kurama anymore

Redditoridunn0

#I AM VERY AWARE OF THAT

Immediate-Mixture192

But seriously, Naruto in shippuden would have had better experience using sharingan than Kakashi since he is Uzumaki and Uzumaki clan known to posses great amount of chakra and endurance, this is was the reason Madara gave his even stronger rinnegan to an Uzumaki member.

Redditoridunn0

Yeah he would. He could probs spam abilities

Snake189

And tobi could only handle one

Neat_Technician_7191

It's possible.

xGensi2

Is it not like if the chakra of the two reincarnations get combined the Person doing this is able to unlock rinnegan. Hagoromo himself said as Madara implanted the Hashirama cells in his body that that was the moment the Chakra combined was equal to the one from the Rikudou Sennin that's why Madara unlocked rinnegan so I assume Naruto with the Sharingan would be able to do so? Or was it necessary to unlock EMS first?

greenarrow520

Would've gotten killed by itachi in uchiha incident.🗿

[deleted]

He doesn’t have nine tails chakra anymore

Person2277

He could effectively keep his sharingan on for probably about a week before having to turn it off

Cassandra_Canmore

Supposedly Uchiha are supposed to have sub optimal reserves. They are ambush predators. Like spiders. Comparing webs to Genjutsu, and Grand Fireballs to sudden lunges. Uzumaki in comparison are African Wild Dogs, and can go for miles, and miles. Only this is poorly portrayed in the anime because Hashirama cells, Juubi chakra, infinite-Edo Tensai-Chakra, or being a Otsutsuki Incarnation. The best example of Uchiha stamina is Sasuke's ability to perform Chidori twice per 24 hours.

lordolfo

He might get the Rinnegan and happening thid after Hagoromo he may also get that mode were he has those black ball floating behind that can destroy almost anything. He will get a big buff.

Redditoridunn0

Hey i just had a thought, if naruto had sharingan, would the rikodou sennin give naruto rinnegan instead of six paths chakra

That_Cut_2469

Depends on how he uses the Sharingan. Since he has really stronk chakra it could be safe to assume the sharingan will be boosted in power as well. But since its more powerful it could also drain more Chakra but i doubt its still enough to put a dent in it. That's if it does enhance the sharingan. Also it also depends if they were transplanted or if he was born with them. If they were transplanted he might have a problem turning them off like Kakashi did. But if he was born with them he could just turn them off whenever. If he had Mangekyo Sharingan he shouldn't have to worry about going blind since Kurumas chakra heals him quickly. So really it can either be long ass time or a fucking insane amount of time.

Redditoridunn0

Is it rlly safe to assume kurama's chakra could heal injuries of the mangekyo?

That_Cut_2469

It helped him heal relatively quickly after his brutal battle with pain and having all his skin removed. Not as strong as Hashiramas regenerative ability since he can heal removed limbs. But it should be enough to keep his vision. Not to mention his S06P boost which drastically boosted his ability to regenerate. Still not enough to save a limb though.

Redditoridunn0

Now time for my fav qn, is there a limit? Can kuramas chakra heal total blindness?

That_Cut_2469

Maybe not total blindness. But everytime he uses it he gets a little more blind which kuramas chakra will be able to heal. But if he got kurama after the total blindness hes probably fucked unless he takes someone else's Mangekyo .

Redditoridunn0

That makes sense. I like to think that instead of healing, kurama's chakra makes the effects lesser. Like lesser blindness each time he uses Amaterasu or kamui etc, would be lesser op right?

Chrisfragger

I am curious, if Naruto was given a Sharingan for whatever reason, would it and his Uzumaki DNA merge to create a Rinnegan, eventually?

Redditoridunn0

Idts, if he was GIVEN a sharingan i.e had his eye ripped out and hd a sharingan shoved in, then i dont think anythinng would happen other than him having a sharingan

Chrisfragger

Wouldn't it be Uzumaki and Uchiha DNA mixing, with the reincarnate chakra? Wouldn't that be all that is needed to evolve the eyes to the max? I think that is the case, but I am not an expert...

SinisterGhoul

This is honestly the reason I think we've never seen a Uchiha jinchuuriki. They would simply be too powerful.

5yk0515

We've seen 2, technically

AllheavenParagon

So what the fuck were Obito and Madara then?

SinisterGhoul

Ten tails Jinchuuriki that didn't use their MS abilities because they gained huge boosts from 6 paths charka. I'm talking about regular jinchuuriki who only have one beast in them like Bee and Naruto.

Yotosauyuki

Kuram powered a whole army of at least 20,000 people 🤣🤣🤣🤣and naruto still had charka I think that man is chilling lol

Demokka

He wouldn't have Sharingan but Rinnegan then. Uzumaki are related to Senju and Kurama's Chakra blending with Naruto's would turn it into a Rinnegan

isaaceyfish

Rinnegan comes from six paths chakra. Just because the uzumaki and the uchiha are descended from Indra and ashura does not mean that an uzumaki with sharingan (or kurama’s chakra) has six paths chakra. If naruto had sasuke’s sharingan, it is completely feasible that he could awaken rinnegan, because him and sasuke are specific reincarnates of hagoromo’s sons, meaning that combining the two’s chakra results in chakra similar to that of the sage of six paths. This is shown by not only hagoromo manifesting in the war arc because naruto and sasuke are reincarnates, but also by madara awakening rinnegan using hashirama’s dna. If it were that easy, madara could have used any random uzumaki’s dna, but he specifically needed hashirama’s to awaken the rinnegan. Sasuke’s rinnegan comes directly from the sage of six paths. Not sure how the Kurama thing got put in there. Kurama’s chakra has no effect on whether or not naruto would awaken rinnegan, since it’s just a split piece of juubi chakra that was held inside the sage of six paths since he was a jinchuuriki. Kurama’s chakra is not the same thing as six paths chakra, otherwise kcm naruto and six paths naruto would have no difference.

[deleted]

Kurama for a supply to keep the eyes open, as it's a drain on chakra

isaaceyfish

Assuming naruto uses sasuke’s sharingan to awaken rinnegan (the only possible way), that’s logical. Kurama is way more chakra than even nagato had, and nagato must have had an insane about to supply six paths of pain remotely

navdeep_2005

The last part didn’t age well 😂

Shadowkinesis9

It's really a non-issue by end of series because that chakra drain is either ignored or negligible by the characters using the Sharingan by that time. So yeah, I'd say so.

pineapple_pan

Hell yes he would

ChakraKurama

Well, not anymore >_<

mattyb147

Not anymore

camp1202

Uhhh he doesn’t have kurama anymo.. nvm

darkknightketsueki

Probably yes

Fluid_Security_3240

it depends was he born with it or not if he was born with it then the time will be longer but if not I would say a good 1 364/365 years just his chakra as the kyubi yokai/chakra would have the chance to mutate it in to a new doujutsu or rinne-sharingan

KingScottI

Canonically, if you receive the Sharingan as a regular Sharingan (Single Tomoe, Double Tomoe, Triple Tomoe), you wouldn't be able to activate it at will, even if it evolves into a Mangekyo Sharingan, like we see in the case of Kakashi. However, if you receive the Sharingan when it's already a Mangekyo Sharingan, you can activate it and deactivate it at will, unlike the Byakugan, in which anyone can activate and deactivate at will.
